សិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី «ការប្រើបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិតសម្រាប់ការស្រាវជ្រាវផ្នែកច្បាប់»

នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ១៥កើត ខែមាឃ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ ឆស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៨ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតី និងថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាបើកសិក្ខាសាលាស្ដីពី «ការប្រើបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិតសម្រាប់ការស្រាវជ្រាវផ្នែកច្បាប់» ដែលសហការរៀបចំដោយគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សាកលវិទ្យាល័យជាតិគ្រប់គ្រង និងសាលាច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិហានដុង ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសពីលោកសាស្រ្តាចារ្យ David Lee Mundy ប្រធានការិយាល័យសំណេរផ្នែកច្បាប់ នៃសាលាច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិហានដុង ព្រមទាំងមានការចូលរួមពីសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវី ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈមេធាវី ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី ព្រមទាំងសិក្ខាកាមចូលរួមដោយផ្ទាល់សរុបចំនួន៧៥ នាក់។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងឱ្យសិក្ខាកាមមានឱកាសបានស្វែងយល់ឱ្យកាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅអំពីការស្រាវជ្រាវផ្នែកច្បាប់ក្នុងយុគសម័យឌីជីថល ដោយផ្ដោតលើការប្រើប្រាស់បច្ចេកវិទ្យាបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត (AI) ក្នុងកិច្ចការស្រាវជ្រាវផ្នែកច្បាប់ដែលមានដូចជា៖ ១. ការប្រើបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត (AI) ក្នុងគោលបំណងអ្វី គប្បីដាក់ឱ្យបានច្បាស់លាស់។ ២. នៅក្នុងបរិបទអ្វី? ដោយធ្វើការរួមបញ្ចូលទាំងបុគ្គលិកលក្ខណៈ ឬស្ថានភាពខាងក្រោយនូវអ្វីដែលយើងចង់បាន ឬអាចផ្តល់ជាឧទាហរណ៍ដែលជាព័ត៌មានបន្ថែម។ ៣. តើប្រភពដែលទទួលបានមកពីណា? អាចស្នើសុំឯកសារយោងនៅក្នុងលទ្ធផលនៃការស្វែងរកពីបញ្ញាសិប្បនិមិ្មត។ ៤. ការរំពឹងទុកថាចង់បានអ្វី? ចង់បានលទ្ធផលបែបណា? ប្រសិនបើស្ថិតក្នុងបរិបទច្បាប់ តើស្ថិតក្នុងយុត្តាធិការណា? ផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានលំអិតអំពីករណីសិក្សា ឬអំពីភាគីជាដើម។ ចុងបញ្ចប់នៃកម្មវិធី លោកមេធាវី យឹម វិស្សុត អគ្គលេខាធិការរងនៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈមេធាវី តំណាងលោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាបិទសិក្ខាសាលា ហើយលោកមេធាវីជឿជាក់ថា បងប្អូនសហភាតានឹងបានយល់ច្បាស់ និងបានស្វែងយល់បន្ថែមកាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅ អំពីការប្រើបញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិតសម្រាប់ការស្រាវជ្រាវផ្នែកច្បាប់។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោកមេធាវី បានថ្លែងកោតសរសើរដល់វាគ្មិនដែលបានចំណាយពេលវេលាដ៏មានតម្លៃក្នុងការចែករំលែក ព្រមទាំងជឿជាក់ថា ការចែករំលែករបស់លោកសាស្រ្តាចារ្យនៅតែបន្តមានចំពោះគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

Seminar on “AI Prompting for Legal Research”

In the morning of Monday, February 2, 2026. Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, presided over and delivered the opening remarks at the seminar Seminar on “AI Prompting for Legal Research”. The seminar was jointly organized by the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the National University of Management, and Handong International Law School. The event was honored by the participation of Professor David Lee Mundy, Head of the Legal Writing Department at Handong International Law School, as a distinguished guest speaker and was attended by members of the Bar Council, management team of BAKC's Secretariat, management team of LTC, and participants, with a total of approximately 75 attendees participating in person. The seminar was organized with the objective of providing all participants with an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of legal research in the digital, with a particular focus on the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in legal research. The topics discussed included: 1. Clarifying the purpose for which Artificial Intelligence (AI) is used, ensuring that the objective is clearly defined. 2. Identifying the relevant context, including consideration of personal characteristics or background circumstances related to the intended objective, and providing illustrative examples or additional information where appropriate. 3. Determining the sources of information, including the ability to request references or citations within the results generated by Artificial Intelligence 4. Defining expected outcomes, including the nature of the desired results, the applicable legal jurisdiction where relevant, and providing detailed information regarding case studies or the parties involved. At the conclusion of the seminar, Attorney YIM Visoth, a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, representing Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, delivered the closing remarks. He expressed his confidence that the participants had gained a clear and deeper understanding of the use of Artificial Intelligence in legal research. On that occasion, he also thankful for the guest speaker for dedicating valuable time to share his expertise and expressed confidence that such knowledge-sharing would continue for the benefit of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
