ពិធីអបអរសាទរ ទិវាអន្តរជាតិនារី៨មីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខួបទី១១៥ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «សន្តិភាព និងសន្តិសុខសម្រាប់ស្ត្រី និងគ្រួសារ»

នារសៀលថ្ងៃសុក្រ ៣រោច ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស ២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំពិធីអបអរសាទរទិវាអន្តរជាតិនារី ៨ មីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខួបលើកទី១១៥ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «សន្តិភាព និងសន្តិសុខសម្រាប់ស្ត្រី និងគ្រួសារ» ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពលោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងលោកស្រីមេធាវី ថុន សុជាតា ដោយមានវត្តមានថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំគណៈមេធាវី និងសមាជិកគណៈមេធាវីជាស្ត្រី ប្រមាណ២០០នាក់។ ពិធីអបអរសាទរទិវាអន្តរជាតិនារី ៨ មីនា ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងជារៀងរាល់ ក្នុងគោលបំណងរំលឹកអំពីកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់ស្ត្រីនៅក្នុងពិភពលោកក្នុងការទាមទារឱ្យទទួលបានសិទ្ធិស្មើភាពគ្នារវាងបុរស និងនារី ហើយគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានយកឱកាសនេះ ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់ និងលើកទឹកចិត្តចំពោះមេធាវីជាស្ត្រី តាមរយៈការរៀបចំពិធីអបអរសាទរ និងប្រគល់ជូននូវវត្ថុអនុស្សាវរីយ៍ និងបាច់ផ្កាសម្រាប់មេធាវីស្ត្រី។ ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្តើមនៃកម្មវិធី ព្រះរាជសាររបស់សម្តេចព្រះមហាក្សត្រី នរោត្តម មុនិនាថ សីហនុ ព្រះវររាជមាតាជាតិខ្មែរ ក្នុងសេរីភាព សេចក្តីថ្លៃថ្នូរ និងសុភមង្គល ត្រូវបានអានដោយលោកស្រីមេធាវី ជា ពិសី សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវី ហើយលោកស្រីមេធាវី លីម ម៉ូលីហ្សា បានឡើងថ្លែងមតិចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍តំណាងមេធាវីស្ត្រី និងលោកស្រីមេធាវី ទេព បូផល ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន ស្រាវជ្រាវ បោះពុម្ព និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយ បានថ្លែងចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍តំណាងឱ្យថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងបុគ្គលិកជាស្ត្រីនៃគណៈមេធាវី។ បន្ទាប់មកលោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃកម្ពុជា បានថ្លែងនូវមតិសំណេះសំណាល និងពាក្យពេចន៍ជូនពរប្រកបដោយអត្ថន័យដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំគណៈមេធាវី សមាជិកគណៈមេធាវី និងបុគ្គលិកគណៈមេធាវីជាស្រ្តី។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោកប្រធានគណៈមេធាវី ក៏មានវត្ថុអនុស្សាវរីយ៍ និងបាច់ផ្កាដ៏ស្រស់ស្អាត ប្រគល់ជូនដល់សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវីជាស្ត្រី ភរិយារបស់សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវី ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈមេធាវី សមាជិកគណៈមេធាវី បុគ្គលិកគណៈមេធាវី និងបុគ្គលិកមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីជាស្ត្រី ព្រមទាំងពិធីពិសាអាហារសាមគ្គីផងដែរ។

Celebration of the 115th Anniversary of International Women’s Day, 8 March 2026, under the Theme “Peace and Security for Women and Families”

On the afternoon of Friday, 6th March 2026, the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia organized a celebration of the 115th Anniversary of International Women’s Day, 8 March 2026, under the theme “Peace and Security for Women and Families.” The event was presided over by Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Attorney THON Sochata, with the presence of the leaders of the Bar Association and approximately 200 female members of the Bar. The celebration of International Women’s Day, 8 March, is organized annually to commemorate the efforts of women around the world in advocating for equal rights between men and women. The Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia also took this opportunity to promote and encourage female lawyers through the organization of this celebration and by presenting souvenirs and bouquets of flowers to them. At the beginning of the program, the Royal Message of Her Majesty Queen Mother Norodom Monineath Sihanouk, Queen Mother of the Khmer Nation in Independence, Dignity and Happiness, was read by Attorney CHEA Pisey, Member of the Bar Council. Remarks on behalf of female lawyers were delivered by Attorney LIM Moliza, while Attorney TEP Bophal, Director of the Department of Research, Publication and Dissemination, delivered remarks on behalf of the female leaders and staffs of the Bar Association. Following this, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of Cambodia, delivered remarks and meaningful congratulatory messages to the leadership, members, and female staff of the Bar Association. On this occasion, the President of the Bar Association also presented souvenirs and beautiful bouquets of flowers to the female members of the Bar Council, the spouses of Bar Council members, the leaders of the General Secretariat of the Bar Association, female members of the Bar, female staffs of the Bar Association, and female staffs of the Lawyer Training Center. The program concluded with a fellowship dinner among the participants.
