ពិធីបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសុក្រឹតការវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីវគ្គទី១៨

នាថ្ងៃសុក្រ ៨កើត ខែពិសាខ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីភាព ក្នុងពិធីបើកវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសុក្រឹតការវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីវគ្គទី១៨ ។ ពិធីនេះប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅទីស្នាក់ការគណៈមេធាវី ដែលមានការអញ្ជើញចូលពី សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវី ទីប្រឹក្សាប្រធានគណៈមេធាវី ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈមេធាវី នាយកនិងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី និងសិក្ខាកាមនៃវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសុក្រឹតការវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីវគ្គទី១៨ ចំនួន២០៩រូបផងដែរ ។ ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្ដើម លោកមេធាវី ប៉ា ងួនគា នាយកមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី បានជម្រាបជូនដល់គណៈអធិបតី និងអង្គពិធីទាំងមូលអំពីកម្មវិធីសិក្សា ដែលសិក្ខាកាមត្រូវទទួលការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនៅក្នុងវគ្គនេះ មានសរុបចំនួន ១៨០ម៉ោង លើមុខវិជ្ជាពាក់ព័ន្ធចំនួន១១ ។ ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនោះដែរ លោកប្រធានបានបញ្ជាក់ថា វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសុក្រឹតការវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីវគ្គទី១៨ នេះ គឺជាកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលមួយ ក្នុងចំណោមកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជាច្រើនរបស់គណៈមេធាវី ក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពមេធាវី ដែលត្រូវបានគណៈមេធាវីសម្រេចឱ្យចូលប្រកបវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីតាមមាត្រា៣២នៃច្បាប់លក្ខន្តិកៈមេធាវី។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ ស្របនឹងចំណុចទី៤ នៃគោលនយោបាយដឹកនាំចំនួន៩ចំណុចរបស់លោកប្រធាន គឺ«ការពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកយន្តការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលដើម្បីបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពមេធាវីស្របតាមការអភិវឌ្ឍនៃសង្គម សេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យា» ដែលលោកប្រធានបានដាក់ចេញសម្រាប់ការដឹកនាំគណៈមេធាវីក្នុងអាណត្តិទី១៥នេះ ស្របនឹងទិសស្លោក «រួមគ្នាដើម្បីវិបុលភាពនៃវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី» ។ ជាទីបញ្ចប់ លោកប្រធាន ក៏បានផ្តាំផ្ញើសិក្ខាកាមនៃវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសុក្រឹតការវគ្គទី១៨នេះ ធ្វើយ៉ាងណាចូលរួមឱ្យបានសកម្ម និងត្រូវយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ខ្ពស់ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលនៃការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ជាពិសេសគោរពឱ្យបាននូវបទវិន័យនៃវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ត្រូវសួរគ្រូដើម្បីឱ្យអស់មន្ទិលសង្ស័យ ដើម្បីជាប្រយោជន៍សម្រាប់ខ្លួនឯងនាពេលអនាគត។

Opening Ceremony of the 18th Batch of Lawyer Professional Training Program

On Friday, 24th April 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, presided over the Opening Ceremony of the 18th Batch of Lawyer Professional Training Program. The ceremony was held at the headquarters of the Bar Association, with the participation of members of the Bar Council, Advisors of the President, Leaders of the General Secretariat, Directors and Management of the Lawyer Training Center, and a total of 209 members of the 18th Batch of Lawyer Professional Training Program. At the opening, Attorney PA Ngounkea, Director of the Lawyer Training Center, briefed the presiding panel and participants on the training program, which consists of a total of 180 hours covering 11 relevant subjects. On this occasion, Attorney SAING Vannak emphasized that the launch of the 18th Batch of Lawyer Professional Training Program is one of several training initiatives of the Bar Association aimed at strengthening the capacity of lawyers who have been admitted to the profession under Article 32 of the Law on the Statute of Lawyers. This program aligns with Point 4 of his leadership policy: “Strengthening and expanding training mechanisms to enhance lawyers’ capacity in line with social, economic, and technological development.” introduced for the 15th mandate under the motto “Together for the Prosperity of the Legal Profession.” In conclusion, The President encouraged all members to actively participate, maintain strong commitment throughout the training period, to strictly observe the program’s discipline, and to engage with instructors to clarify any doubts, for their own professional development in the future.
