កិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៤ របស់ក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ចទទួលបន្ទុកការងារអនុវត្តកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសហព័ន្ធគណៈមេធាវីជប៉ុន

នាថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ១១រោច ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ចទទួលបន្ទុកការងារអនុវត្តកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសហព័ន្ធគណៈមេធាវីជប៉ុន ដឹកនាំដោយលោកមេធាវី អ៊ីវ ប៉ូលី ប្រធានក្រុមការងារ បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៤ តាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាលើលទ្ធផលនៃកិច្ចពិភាក្សាស្ដីពី «បណ្ដឹងតបក្នុងសំណុំរឿងរដ្ឋប្បវេណី» ដែលបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសរវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសហព័ន្ធគណៈមេធាវីជប៉ុន កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ កន្លងទៅ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ បានផ្ដោតលើការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរមតិយោបល់ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការយល់ដឹងរបស់ក្រុមការងារចំពោះខ្លឹមសារមេរៀន និងករណីសិក្សាដែលត្រូវបានលើកយកមកពិភាក្សា ព្រមទាំងពិនិត្យលើសំណួរ និងមតិកែលម្អមួយចំនួនដែលបានលើកឡើងដោយសហព័ន្ធគណៈមេធាវីជប៉ុន ដើម្បីធានាថាខ្លឹមសារបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលមានភាពច្បាស់លាស់ ងាយយល់ និងស្របតាមបរិបទនៃការអនុវត្តច្បាប់នៅកម្ពុជា។ តាមរយៈកិច្ចពិភាក្សា និងការផ្លាស់ប្ដូរមតិយោបល់នេះ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានប្រមូលធាតុចូល និងពិចារណាលើចំណុចមួយចំនួនដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងខ្លឹមសារមេរៀន និងករណីសិក្សា ក្នុងគោលដៅរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលារួមគ្នានាពេលខាងមុខ លើប្រធានបទពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងបណ្ដឹងតប ជូនដល់សមាជិកគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

The 4th Working Group Meeting on the Implementation of Cooperation Agreement between the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Japan Federation of Bar Association

On Thursday, 11th June, 2026, the Working Group Responsible for the Implementation of the Cooperation Framework between the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC) and the Japan Federation of Bar Associations (JFBA), led by Attorney IV Poly, Head of the Working Group, convened its fourth meeting online to review and discuss the outcomes of the discussion on “Counterclaims in Civil Cases,” which had been organized on 7th May, 2026, within the framework of the technical working group between BAKC and JFBA. The meeting focused on exchanging views regarding the working group's understanding of the lecture materials and case studies presented during the discussion, as well as reviewing several questions and comments raised by JFBA. The objective was to ensure that the training materials are clear, easily understandable, and consistent with the context of legal practice in Cambodia. Through these discussions and exchanges of views, both parties gathered valuable input and considered a number of issues relating to the lecture materials and case studies, with a view to jointly organizing a seminar in the near future on topics relating to counterclaims for the benefit of members of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
