ការចុះពិនិត្យ តាមដានការអនុវត្តការងាររបស់ប្រតិភូ និងលេខាប្រតិភូភូគណៈមេធាវីប្រចាំខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ និងពិនិត្យស្ថានភាពបន្ទប់មេធាវីនៅពន្ធនាគារខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ និងមណ្ឌលអប់រំកែប្រែទី៤

នាថ្ងៃពុធ ១០រោច ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចាត់លោកមេធាវី ទូច ធីរិទ្ធ ទីប្រឹក្សាប្រធានគណៈមេធាវី និងលោកស្រីមេធាវី កែ ឆដាផស្ស ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានការពារក្តីជូនជនក្រីក្រ ព្រមទាំងប្រតិភូអមដំណើរ ចុះពិនិត្យ តាមដានការអនុវត្តការងាររបស់ប្រតិភូ និងលេខាប្រតិភូភូគណៈមេធាវីប្រចាំខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ និងពិនិត្យស្ថានភាពបន្ទប់មេធាវីនៅពន្ធនាគារខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ និងមណ្ឌលអប់រំកែប្រែទី៤។ លោកទីប្រឹក្សា និងលោកស្រីប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន បានទទួលយកនូវបញ្ហាប្រឈមរបស់ប្រតិភូ និងលេខាប្រតិភូ និងបានផ្តល់នូវដំណោះស្រាយជាមូលដ្ឋានជូនដើម្បីអនុវត្តការងារបន្ត។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះដែរ លោកទីប្រឹក្សា និងលោកស្រីប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន បានពាំនាំនូវអនុសាសន៍របស់លោកប្រធាន ជូនប្រតិភូនិងលេខាប្រតិភូគណៈមេធាវី ឱ្យយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ខ្ពស់ក្នុងការអនុវត្តការងារផ្តល់សេវាផ្នែកច្បាប់ជូនដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្រីក្រ ឱ្យកាន់តែឆាប់រហ័ស និងមានប្រសិទ្ធិភាពស្របតាមគោលនយោបាយដឹកនាំរបស់លោកប្រធានគណៈមេធាវី «រួមគ្នាដើម្បីវិបុលភាពនៃវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី»។

Inspection and Monitoring Visit to the Performance of the Bar Association's Delegates and Deputy Delegates in Pursat Province, and Inspection of the Lawyers’ Rooms at Pursat Provincial Prison and Correctional Center No. 4

On Wednesday, 10th June, 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC), assigned Attorney TOUCH Thyrith, Advisor to the President of the BAKC, and Attorney KE Chhardaphas, Director of the Department of Legal Aid, together with accompanying delegates, to conduct an inspection and monitor the performance of the BAKC Delegate and Deputy Delegate in Pursat Province, as well as to inspect the conditions of the lawyers’ rooms at Pursat Provincial Prison and Correctional Center No. 4. During the visit, the Advisor and the Director received and reviewed the challenges raised by the Delegate and Deputy Delegate and provided practical solutions to support the continued implementation of their work. On that occasion, the Advisor and the Director also conveyed the guidance and recommendations of the President of the BAKC to the Delegate and Deputy Delegate, encouraging them to maintain a high level of commitment in providing legal services to underprivileged citizens in a more timely and effective manner, in line with the President’s policy motto: “Together for the Prosperity of the Legal Profession.”
