កិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាអំពីលទ្ធផលនៃសិក្ខាសាលាសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ ពិគ្រោះ និងផ្តល់យោបល់លើសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ភូមិបាល (ថ្មី)

នារសៀល ថ្ងៃចន្ទ ១៥កើត ខែបឋមាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ចទទួលបន្ទុកអនុវត្តអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់រវាងក្រសួង ដ.ន.ស. និងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដឹកនាំដោយលោកមេធាវី អ៊ីវ ប៉ូលី ចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាជាមួយតំណាងក្រសួង ដ.ន.ស. លើរបាយការណ៍ស្តីពីសិក្ខាសាលាសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ ពិគ្រោះ និងផ្តល់យោបល់លើសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ភូមិបាល (ថ្មី) ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម ថេង ច័ន្ទសង្វារ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួង ដ.ន.ស. ក្នុងគោលបំណងបូកសរុបលទ្ធផលនៃសិក្ខាសាលាសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ ពិគ្រោះ និងផ្តល់យោបល់លើសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ភូមិបាល (ថ្មី) ដែលបានរៀបចំកាលពីចុងខែមេសាកន្លងមក។ ជាលទ្ធផលនៃកិច្ចពិភាក្សា តំណាងក្រសួងដ.ន.ស. និងក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ចបានសម្រេចថា នឹងធ្វើការប្រមូលចងក្រងឡើងវិញនូវធាតុចូលដែលទទួលបានពីសិក្ខាកាមក្នុងអំឡុងពេលសិក្ខាសាលា ដើម្បី៖

១. ធ្វើការកែសម្រួលចំណុចមួយចំនួននៃសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ភូមិបាល (ថ្មី) ឱ្យមានអនុលោមភាព ដោយក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ច

២. ធ្វើការតាក់តែងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិថ្មីមួយចំនួនបន្ថែមទៀត ក្នុងគោលដៅបំពេញចន្លោះប្រហោងក្នុងការអនុវត្ត គួរបញ្ជាក់ថា ការកែសម្រួល និងតាក់តែងថ្មី ត្រូវទទួលបន្ទុកដោយក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ចរបស់គណៈមេធាវី ហើយក្រោយពេលកែសម្រួលនិងតាក់តែងរួច នឹងយកមកពិភាក្សាគ្នាជាថ្មីជាមួយនឹងតំណាងក្រសួង ដ.ន.ស.។

Discussion Meeting on the Outcomes of the Seminar " Reviewing, Consulting on the Draft Land Law (New)

On the afternoon of Monday, 29th June 2026, the Working Group responsible for implementing the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC) and the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC), led by Attorney IV Poly, attended a discussion meeting with representatives of the Ministry to review the report on the Seminar on Reviewing, Consulting on the Draft Land Law (New). The meeting was chaired by H.E. THENG Chan Sangvar, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, with the objective of summarizing the outcomes of the seminar, which was held at the end of April 2026. As a result of the discussion, representatives of the Ministry and the Working Group agreed to compile and consolidate the comments and recommendations received from participants during the workshop in order to:

1. Revise certain provisions of the Draft New Land Law to ensure greater consistency and coherence, with the revisions to be undertaken by the Working Group

2. Prepare additional draft provisions to address gaps identified in the current legal framework and its practical implementation. It should be noted that the revision and drafting process will be carried out by the BAKC Working Group. Once completed, the revised draft will be submitted for further discussion with representatives of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction.
