ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចរបស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសេវាកម្មច្បាប់នៅតំបន់អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និងទីក្រុងឃុនមីងភាគខាងត្បូង មកកាន់ទីស្នាក់ការគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា

នាព្រឹក ថ្ងៃអង្គារ ៨រោច ខែបឋមាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានទទួលស្វាគមន៍លោក LU BIN ប្រធានមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសេវាកម្មច្បាប់នៅតំបន់អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និងទីក្រុងឃុនមីងភាគខាងត្បូង និងសហការី ដែលមកធ្វើទស្សនកិច្ចនៅគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ នៅក្នុងឱកាសនៃទស្សនកិច្ចនេះ លោកប្រធាន ក៏បានបង្ហាញពីទស្សនៈរបស់លោកក្នុងការដឹកនាំគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាការចូលរួមជាមួយក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នជាតិពាក់ព័ន្ធ ជាពិសេសក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ ក្នុងការពង្រឹងវិស័យយុត្តិធម៌សង្គម និងការចូលរួមក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌអន្តរជាតិ ដើម្បីជាកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ ផងដែរ។ ឆ្លៀតក្នុង​ឱកាសនេះ លោក LU BIN បានបញ្ជាក់ពីគោលបំណងក្នុងការអញ្ជើញមកគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា គឺ ដើម្បីធ្វើទស្សនកិច្ច និងកិច្ចពិភាក្សាអំពីទិសដៅចំនួន៤ ធំៗ លើកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដូចខាងក្រោម៖

១. មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសេវាកម្មច្បាប់នៅតំបន់អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និងទីក្រុងឃុនមីង ភាគខាងត្បូង បានលើកជាសំណើឱ្យមានការចាត់តំណាងសមាជិកគណៈមេធាវីកម្ពុជា ធ្វើជាទីប្រឹក្សាផ្នែកច្បាប់របស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសេវាកម្មច្បាប់នៅតំបន់អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និងទីក្រុងឃុនមីង ភាគខាងត្បូង

២. គម្រោងរៀបចំការសិក្សាផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក

៣. សិក្សាពីក្របខណ្ឌច្បាប់សម្រាប់គាំទ្រការវិនិយោគឆ្លងដែនក្នុងតំបន់

៤. ពិភាក្សាបង្កើតក្រុមការងារ ដើម្បីធ្វើកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ ការចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់ រវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និង មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសេវាកម្មច្បាប់នៅតំបន់អាស៊ីអាគ្នេយ៍ និងទីក្រុងឃុនមីង ភាគខាងត្បូង ក្រោយកិច្ចពិភាក្សាបានបញ្ចប់ ប្រធាន បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូធ្វើដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចទីតាំងមួយចំនួននៃអគារទីស្នាក់ការគណៈមេធាវី រួមមាន សាលវិបុលភាព និងបន្ទប់ប្រជុំផ្សេងៗទៀត។ ជាទីបញ្ចប់ លោកប្រធាន បានជូនពរគណៈប្រតិភូទាំងអស់ សូមមានសុខភាពល្អ ទទួលបានជោគជ័យគ្រប់ភារកិច្ច និងសូមមានមានសុវត្ថិភាពក្នុងការធ្វើដំណើរ។

Visit and Discussion between the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Southeast Asia and Southern Kunming Legal Service Center

On the morning of Tuesday, 7th July 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, welcomed Mr. LU BIN, President of the Southeast Asia and Southern Kunming Legal Service Center, and his colleagues during their visit to the headquarters of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. During the visit, the President shared his vision and direction in leading the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, including its participation and cooperation with relevant national ministries and institutions, particularly the Ministry of Justice, in strengthening the social justice sector and promoting cooperation within the international framework. On this occasion, Mr. LU BIN stated that the purpose of his visit to the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia was to conduct a visit and hold discussions on four key areas of cooperation, as follows: 1. The Southeast Asia and Southern Kunming Legal Service Center proposed that the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia appoint representatives from its members to serve as legal advisors to the Southeast Asia and Southern Kunming Legal Service Center. 2. The development of a plan for mutual study and exchange of experiences. 3. The study of legal frameworks to support cross-border investment in the region. 4. Discussions on establishing a working group to promote cooperation and prepare a Memorandum of Understanding between the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Southeast Asia and Southern Kunming Legal Service Center. Following the conclusion of the discussion, the President led the delegation on a tour of several areas within the headquarters building of the Bar Association, including the Prosperity Hall and other meeting rooms. In closing, the President extended his best wishes to the delegation for good health, success in fulfilling their respective duties, and safe travels.
