កិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៥ របស់ក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ចទទួលបន្ទុកការងារអនុវត្តកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសហព័ន្ធគណៈមេធាវីជប៉ុន

នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ១០រោច ខែបឋមាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ចទទួលបន្ទុកការងារអនុវត្តកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសហព័ន្ធគណៈមេធាវីជប៉ុន ដឹកនាំដោយលោកមេធាវី អ៊ីវ ប៉ូលី ប្រធានក្រុមការងារ បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៥ តាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ ដើម្បីបន្តពិភាក្សា និងសម្របសម្រួលការរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលារួមគ្នា ស្ដីពី «បណ្ដឹងតបក្នុងសំណុំរឿងរដ្ឋប្បវេណី» ដែលគ្រោងនឹងរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសហព័ន្ធគណៈមេធាវីជប៉ុន នៅថ្ងៃទី១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ បានផ្ដោតលើការពិនិត្យ និងឯកភាពលើកាលបរិច្ឆេទរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលា ព្រមទាំងពិភាក្សាបន្ថែមអំពីរបៀបវារៈ ខ្លឹមសារនៃកម្មវិធី និងការសម្របសម្រួលលម្អិតពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការរៀបចំ ដើម្បីធានាឱ្យសិក្ខាសាលាប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយរលូន មានប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងសម្រេចបានតាមគោលបំណងនៃកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងភាគីទាំងពីរ។

The 5th Working Group Meeting on the Implementation of Cooperation Agreement between the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Japan Federation of Bar Association

On the Morning of Thursday, 9th July, 2026, the Working Group Responsible for the Implementation of the Cooperation Framework between the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC) and the Japan Federation of Bar Associations (JFBA), led by Attorney IV Poly, Head of the Working Group, convened its fifth meeting online to continue discussions and coordinate the preparation of the upcoming joint seminar on “Counterclaims in Civil Cases,” to be organized under the cooperation framework between BAKC and JFBA that plan to take place on 1st October 2026. The meeting focused on confirming the date of the seminar, as well as further discussing and finalizing the agenda, programme content, and other organizational arrangements. These discussions were aimed at ensuring that the seminar will be conducted smoothly, effectively, and in accordance with the objectives of the cooperation between the two organizations.
