ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សារបស់កម្មសិក្សាការីនៃក្រុមហ៊ុនមេធាវី ខ្មែរអប្សរា មកកាន់ទីស្នាក់ការគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា

នាព្រឹក ថ្ងៃសុក្រ ៣កើត ខែទុតិយាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចាត់លោកមេធាវី យឹម វិស្សុត អគ្គលេខាធិការរងនៃគណៈមេធាវី និងក្រុមការងារ ដើម្បីទទួលស្វាគមន៍ មេធាវី ជំនួយការមេធាវី និងកម្មសិក្សាការី មកកាន់ទីស្នាក់ការគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលដឹកនាំដោយលោកមេធាវី ពេជ្រ សូរិយា ប្រធានក្រុមហ៊ុនមេធាវី ខ្មែរអប្សរា។ នៅក្នុងឱកាសនៃទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានេះ ក៏មានការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញស្តីពី «ច្បាប់ស្ដីពីលក្ខន្ដិកៈមេធាវី និងក្រមសីលធម៌មេធាវី» ដោយលោកមេធាវី យឹម វិស្សុត អគ្គលេខាធិការរងនៃគណៈមេធាវី។ បន្ទាប់មក មេធាវី និងក្រុមការងារនៃក្រុមហ៊ុនមេធាវី ខ្មែរអប្សរា បានធ្វើដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចទីតាំងមួយចំនួននៃអគារទីស្នាក់ការគណៈមេធាវីផងដែរ។ ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះ លោកអគ្គលេខាធិការរងបានផ្ដល់នូវអនុសាសន៍ល្អៗដល់ជំនួយការមេធាវី និងកម្មសិក្សាការីនៃក្រុមហ៊ុនមេធាវី ខ្មែរអប្សរា ធ្វើយ៉ាងណាត្រូវយកចិត្តទុកដាក់រៀនសូត្រ បង្កើនចំណេះដឹង សិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវច្បាប់ និងស្វែងយល់អំពីការរីកចម្រើននៃសង្គមជាតិ ត្រូវមានសុទិដ្ឋិនិយមចំពោះការដឹកនាំនៃស្ថាប័ននានារបស់ជាតិ ប្រព័ន្ធយុត្តិធម៌ ដំណើរការនៃការកសាងនីតិរដ្ឋនៅកម្ពុជា។ ជាទីបញ្ចប់ លោកអគ្គលេខាធិការរង បានជូនពរលោកប្រធានក្រុមហ៊ុនមេធាវី ខ្មែរអប្សរា និងក្រុមការងារទាំងអស់ សូមមានសុខភាពល្អ ទទួលបានជោគជ័យគ្រប់ភារកិច្ច និងសូមមានមានសុវត្ថិភាពក្នុងការធ្វើដំណើរ។

Study Visit by Interns of Khmer Apsara Law Firm to the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia

On the morning of Friday, 17 July 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC), designated Attorney YIM Vissoth, Deputy Secretary-General of the Bar Association, together with a working group, to welcome attorneys, lawyer assistants, and interns from Khmer Apsara Law Firm during their study visit to the headquarters of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The delegation was led by Attorney PICH Sorya, Managing Partner of Khmer Apsara Law Firm. During the visit, Attorney YIM Vissoth, Deputy Secretary-General of the Bar Association, delivered a presentation on the “Law on the Bar and the Code of Ethics for Lawyers.” Following the presentation, the attorneys and staff of Khmer Apsara Law Firm toured several facilities within the Bar Association headquarters. On this occasion, the Deputy Secretary-General also shared valuable advice with the legal assistants and interns of Khmer Apsara Law Firm, encouraging them to remain committed to their studies, continuously enhance their legal knowledge, conduct legal research, and stay informed about the country’s social development. He further encouraged them to maintain confidence in the leadership of national institutions, the justice system, and the ongoing development of the rule of law in Cambodia. At the conclusion of the visit, the Deputy Secretary-General extended his best wishes to the Managing Partner of Khmer Apsara Law Firm and all members of the delegation, wishing them good health, continued success in all their endeavors, and a safe journey.
