PANOLONG ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីហ្វីលីពីន និងជាប្រធានកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវីអាស៊ាន សម័យប្រជុំថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីក្រុងម៉ានីល សាធារណរដ្ឋហ្វីលីពីន។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះផ្តោតសំខាន់លើការពិនិត្យសេចក្តីព្រាងធម្មនុញ្ញក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវីអាស៊ាន ព្រមទាំងមានការចូលរួមពិភាក្សាពីបណ្តាប្រទេសមួយចំនួនដែលជាសមាជិក រួមមាន សមាគមអ្នកច្បាប់ព្រុយណេ និងគណៈមេធាវីវៀតណាម។

Meeting on the Review of the Draft Constitution of the ASEAN Bar Council

On the afternoon of Monday, August 10, 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, assigned Attorney PHAN Chhiengleng, Member of the Bar Council, Attorney YIM Visoth, Deputy Secretary-General of the Bar Association, Attorney BUN Navina, Deputy Secretary-General of the Bar Association, and Mr. SAM Rithyseth, Deputy Director of the Department of Public Relations and International Cooperation, to attend an online meeting via Zoom, chaired by Attorney ALLAN G. PANOLONG, President of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) and Chair of the ASEAN Bar Council Summit Meeting held on 5th May, 2026, in Manila, Republic of the Philippines. The meeting primarily focused on reviewing the Draft Constitution of the ASEAN Bar Council, with participation and discussion from several member countries, including the Law Society of Brunei Darussalam and the Vietnam Bar Federation.
