ជំនួបសម្ដែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារ

នារសៀលថ្ងៃអង្គារ ១រោច ខែមាឃ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានទទួលជួបសម្ដែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយលោកចៅក្រម JOHN C. COUGHENOUR ជាចៅក្រមសហព័ន្ធតំបន់ខាងលិចនៃរដ្ឋវ៉ាស៊ីនតោន សហរដ្ឋអាមេរិក។ នាឱកាសនៃជំនួបពិភាក្សានេះ លោកប្រធាន បានស្វាគមន៍យ៉ាងកក់ក្ដៅចំពោះវត្តមានរបស់លោកចៅក្រមក្នុងការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹងផ្នែកច្បាប់ជូនដល់សិក្ខាកាមជាមេធាវី។ ព្រមជាមួយគ្នានេះ លោកប្រធាន និងលោកចៅក្រមក៏បានបន្ដសំណេះសំណាលអំពីការអនុវត្តការងាររបស់លោកចៅក្រម បទពិសោធទាក់ទងនឹងនីតិរដ្ឋ និងកិច្ចការងារផ្សេងៗទៀត។ ជាទីបញ្ចប់ លោកប្រធានបានសម្ដែងនូវការកោតសរសើរ និងថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រៀលជ្រៅជូន លោកចៅក្រម ចំពោះការចំណាយពេលវេលាដ៏មានតម្លៃក្នុងការចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹង បទពិសោធន៍ និងការចូលរួមចំណែកក្នុងកិច្ចការសង្គមការងារ មនុស្សធម៌របស់លោកចៅក្រមនៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា នាពេលកន្លងមកផងដែរ។

Courtesy Meeting and Working Discussion

On the afternoon of Tuesday, 3rd February 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, received a courtesy call and held a working discussion with Judge JOHN C. COUGHENOUR, Judge of the Western District of Washington, United States of America. On this occasion, the President warmly welcomed the Judge’s presence and his participation in sharing legal knowledge with lawyer participants. At the same time, the President and the Judge exchanged views on the Judge’s professional practice, experiences related to the rule of law, and other relevant matters. In conclusion, the President expressed his high appreciation and sincere thanks to the Judge for dedicating his valuable time to share knowledge and experience, as well as for his contributions to social and humanitarian activities in the Kingdom of Cambodia in the past.
