កិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី២០ នៃក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ចទទួលបន្ទុកអនុវត្តអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់រវាងក្រសួងរៀបចំដែនដី នគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ និងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា

នាព្រឹក ថ្ងៃអង្គារ ៨កើត ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ចទទួលបន្ទុកអនុវត្តអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់រវាងក្រសួងរៀបចំដែនដី នគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ និងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី២០ លើផែនការសកម្មភាពរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលារួមគ្នារវាងក្រសួងរៀបចំដែនដី នគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ និងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដោយមានលោកមេធាវី អ៊ីវ ប៉ូលី ប្រធានក្រុមការងារ ជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ និងសម្របសម្រួលកិច្ចប្រជុំ។ របៀបវារៈនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំថ្ងៃនេះ ផ្តោតលើដំណើរការរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ ពិគ្រោះ និងផ្តល់យោបល់លើសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ភូមិបាល (ថ្មី) ដែលគ្រោងនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនាខែមេសាខាងមុខនេះ ដោយរៀបចំឱ្យមានកិច្ចពិភាក្សាលើប្រធានបទចំនួន ៤គឺ៖

១. ការចុះបញ្ជីអំពីកម្មសិទ្ធិ-ករណីទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិរួមប្តីប្រពន្ធ សម្របសម្រួលដោយលោកស្រីមេធាវី ទេព បូផល

២. ការចុះបញ្ជីអំពីកម្មសិទ្ធិ-ករណីមានសេចក្តីសម្រេចរបស់តុលាការ ហើយកូនបំណុលមិនសហការ សម្របសម្រួលដោយលោកមេធាវី អ៊ីវ ប៉ូលី

៣. នីតិវិធីក្នុងការស្រាវជ្រាវទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិរបស់កូនបំណុល សម្របសម្រួលដោយលោកមេធាវី ហួយ តុងគីន

៤. ការចុះបញ្ជីអំពីកម្មសិទ្ធិ-ករណីលទ្ធកម្មកម្មសិទ្ធិដោយអាជ្ញាយុកាល សម្របសម្រួលដោយក្រុមការងារក្រសួង ដ.ន.ស. ក្រៅពីនោះកិច្ចប្រជុំបានកំណត់កាលបរិច្ឆេទក្នុងការប្រជុំរួមគ្នាជាមួយនឹងក្រុមការងារក្រសួង ដ.ន.ស. ដើម្បីកំណត់អំពីទំហំនៃកិច្ចពិភាក្សាផងដែរ។

The 20th Meeting of the Working Group Responsible for Implementing the MOU between the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction and the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia

On the morning of Tuesday, 24th February 2026, the Working Group responsible for implementing the MOU between the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction and the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia convened its 20th meeting regarding the action plan for organizing a joint seminar between the Ministry and the Bar Association. The meeting was led and coordinated by Attorney IV Poly, Head of the Working Group. The agenda of the meeting focused on the preparation process for an upcoming seminar aimed at study, consultation, and providing feedback on the draft of the new Land Law, which is scheduled to take place this coming April. The seminar will include discussions on four topics:

1. Registration of Ownership – cases involving marital joint property, moderated by Attorney TEP Bophal.

2. Registration of Ownership – cases involving a court decision where the debtor does not cooperate, moderated by Attorney IV Poly.

3. Procedures for investigating a debtor’s assets, moderated by Attorney HUOY Tongkin.

4. Registration of Ownership – cases of acquisition of ownership by statute of limitation, moderated by the Working Group of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction. In addition, the meeting also set a date for a joint meeting with the Ministry’s Working Group to determine the scope of the discussions.
