តបតាមការអញ្ជើញរបស់អង្គភាពស៊ើបការណ៍ហិរញ្ញវត្ថុកម្ពុជា នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ៩កើត ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្ដស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែកុម្ភ: ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចាត់តាំងកញ្ញាមេធាវី ឈុំ មុនីសុជាតា អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានស្រាវជ្រាវ បោះពុម្ព និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយនៃគណៈមេធាវី និងជាសមាជិកក្រុមការងារអន្តរក្រសួងស្ថាប័នដើម្បីសិក្សាពីចំណុចខ្វះខាត និងកំណត់ផែនការសកម្មភាពជាមុន ស្របតាមស្តេង់ដារបស់ក្រុមការងារហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ​(FATF) និងត្រៀមខ្លួនទទួលរងការវាយតម្លៃអញ្ញមញ្ញ លើកទី៣ ឆ្នាំ២០២៨-២០២៩ ចូលរួមសិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយរបាយការណ៍ស្តីពីការវាយតម្លៃហានិភ័យថ្នាក់ជាតិស្តីពីការសម្អាតប្រាក់ និងហិរញ្ញប្បទានភេរវកម្ម លើកទី២ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត ជា សិរី អគ្គទេសាភិបាលធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា និងជាអនុប្រធានប្រចាំការគណៈកម្មការសម្របសម្រួលថ្នាក់ជាតិស្តីពីការសម្អាតប្រាក់ និងហិរញ្ញប្បទានភេរវកម្ម និងហិរញ្ញប្បទានដល់ការរីកសាយភាយអាវុធមហាប្រល័យ នៅសណ្ឋាគារ ហៃយ៉ាត់ រីជិនស៊ី ភ្នំពេញ។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីរបាយការណ៍ស្តីពីការវាយតម្លៃហានិភ័យថ្នាក់ជាតិស្តីពីការសម្អាតប្រាក់ និងហិរញ្ញប្បទានភេរវកម្ម លើកទី២ និងប្រកាសដាក់ឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ជាផ្លូវការនូវរបាយការណ៍ស្តីពីការវាយតម្លៃហានិភ័យថ្នាក់ជាតិស្តីពីការសម្អាតប្រាក់ និងហិរញ្ញប្បទានភេរវកម្ម លើកទី២នេះ។ ក្នុងគោលដៅនៃការផ្សព្វផ្សាយរបាយការណ៍នេះ បទបង្ហាញអំពីលទ្ធផលនៃការវាយតម្លៃហានិភ័យថ្នាក់ជាតិស្តីពីការសម្អាតប្រាក់ និងហិរញ្ញប្បទានភេរវកម្ម លើកទី២ ត្រូវបានធ្វើបទឧទ្ទេសនាមជូនអង្គសិក្ខាសាលា ដោយលោកជំទាវ សុង ឆវ័ន្ត អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ និងជាសហប្រធានក្រុមការងារចម្រុះទទួលបន្ទុករៀបចំរបាយការណ៍រួមនៃការវាយតម្លៃហានិភ័យថ្នាក់ជាតិស្តីពីការសម្អាតប្រាក់ និងហិរញ្ញប្បទានភេរវកម្ម​ និងហិរញ្ញប្បទានដល់ការរីកសាយភាយអាវុធមហាប្រល័យ។ ជាខ្លឹមសារនៃបទបង្ហាញ លោកជំទាវបានបង្ហាញនូវលទ្ធផល ដោយផ្តោតលើចំណុចដូចខាងក្រោម៖

The Second Seminar on the Dissemination on the National Risk Assessment Report on Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing

Following an invitation from the Cambodia Financial Intelligence Unit, on the morning of Wednesday, 25th February 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, assigned Attorney Chhum Monysocheata, Deputy Head of the Department of Research, Publication and Dissemination of the Bar Association and a member of the inter-ministerial working group established to study gaps and set action plans in line with the standards of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) and to prepare for the third mutual evaluation in 2028–2029, to participate in the Second Seminar on the Dissemination on the National Risk Assessment Report on Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing. The seminar was presided over by H.E. Dr. CHEA Serey, Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia and Deputy Vice-Chair of the National Coordination Committee on Anti-Money Laundering, Combating the Financing of Terrorism, and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction, and was held at Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh. The seminar was organized to disseminate and officially launch the Second National Risk Assessment Report on Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing. As part of the Dissemination of this report, a Presentation on the results of the Second National Risk Assessment on Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing was delivered to the participants by H.E. SONG Chorvoin, Under-Secretary of State of the Ministry of Justice and Co-Chair of the Joint Working Group responsible for the Preparation of the National Risk Assessment Report on Money Laundering, Terrorism Financing, and Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction. In the presentation, the key points highlighted included:
