កិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាការងារប្រតិភូគណៈមេធាវីប្រចាំត្រីមាស

នារសៀលថ្ងៃ​ព្រហស្បតិ៍​ ១កើត ខែចេត្រ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីភាព និងដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាប្រតិភូគណៈមេធាវីប្រចាំត្រីមាស ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈមេធាវី និងលោក-លោកស្រី​ជាប្រតិភូគណៈមេធាវីប្រចាំរាជធានី-ខេត្ត សាលាឧទ្ធរណ៍​ភ្នំពេញ​ សាលាឧទ្ធរណ៍​ត្បូងឃ្មុំ​ និង​តុលាការ​កំពូល​។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោកប្រធាន មានមតិសំណេះសំណាល និងបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យ លោកស្រីមេធាវី កែ ឆដាផស្ស ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានការពារក្តីជូនជនក្រីក្រនៃគណៈមេធាវី ធ្វើរបាយការណ៍ការងាររបស់នាយកដ្ឋាន ព្រមទាំងប្រតិភូគណៈមេធាវីលើកឡើងពីបញ្ហាប្រឈមក្នុងពេលអនុវត្ត និងសំណូមពរក្នុងអង្គប្រជុំ ។ ជាចុងក្រោយ លោកប្រធាន បានផ្តល់ដំណោះស្រាយលើបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងសំណូមពររបស់ប្រតិភូគណៈមេធាវី ៕

Quarterly Meeting of the Bar Association Delegates

On the afternoon of Thursday, 19th March 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, presided over and led the quarterly meeting with the Bar Association delegates. The meeting was attended by the leaders of the Secretariat of the Bar Association, as well as Bar Association delegates representing the capital and provinces, the Phnom Penh Court of Appeal, the Tbong Khmum Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court. On this occasion, the President delivered opening remarks and invited Attorney KE Chhardaphas, Head of the Department of Legal Aid, to present the department’s work report. The Bar Association delegates also raised challenges they faced during implementation and submitted their requests during the meeting. At the end of the meeting, the President provided solutions to the challenges and requests raised by the Bar Association delegates.
