ពិធីបើកសន្និបាតបូកសរុបលទ្ធផលការងារវិស័យយុត្តិធម៌ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងកំណត់ទិសដៅការងារអាទិភាពឆ្នាំ២០២៦

នាព្រឹក ថ្ងៃពុធ ៧កើត ខែចេត្រ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពិធីបើកសន្និបាតបូកសរុបលទ្ធផលការងារវិស័យយុត្តិធម៌ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និង កំណត់ទិសដៅការងារអាទិភាពឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ឯកឧត្តម កើត រិទ្ធ ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ រួមជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ជីវ កេង ប្រធានតុលាការកំពូល និងលោកជំទាវ ជា លាង អគ្គព្រះរាជអាជ្ញានៃមហាអយ្យការអមតុលាការកំពូល។ សន្និបាតនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំធ្វើឡើងរយៈពេល ២ថ្ងៃ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ជាសមាជិកឧត្តមក្រុមប្រឹក្សានៃអង្គចៅក្រម, ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រី ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌, ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃសាលាជម្រះក្តី និងអង្គការអយ្យការអមសាលាជម្រះក្តីគ្រប់ជាន់ថ្នាក់នៅទូទាំងប្រទេស ព្រមទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃអង្គភាពរដ្ឋបាលតុលាការនៅទូទាំងប្រទេស និងតំណាងស្ថាប័នអនុវត្តច្បាប់ដែលមានការពាក់ព័ន្ធ សរុបប្រមាណ ៥០០ រូប។ សន្និបាតនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងពិនិត្យមើលអំពីស្ថានភាព និងបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពនៃវិស័យយុត្តិធម៌, ស្វែងរកឱ្យឃើញនូវបញ្ហាប្រឈមជាមូលដ្ឋាននៅក្នុងវិស័យនេះ និងដាក់ចេញនូវដំណោះស្រាយ និងទិសដៅការងារជាអាទិភាពបន្ត ដើម្បីបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពការងារក្នុងការបម្រើប្រជាជន, ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានា សំដៅលើកកម្ពស់ប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃសេវាយុត្តិធម៌ និងគុណភាពនៃយុត្តិធម៌ និងរួមចំណែកដល់ការលើកកម្ពស់ជំនឿទុកចិត្តរបស់សាធារណជនមកលើការអនុវត្តច្បាប់របស់ស្ថាប័នអយ្យការ និងស្ថាប័នតុលាការ ក៏ដូចជា អាជ្ញាធរមានសមត្ថកិច្ចដែលមានការពាក់ព័ន្ធ ស្របតាមគោលនយោបាយ និងទិសដៅយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត ដូចបានកំណត់ក្នុងយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តបញ្ចកោណ-ដំណាក់កាលទី១ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល នីតិកាលទី ៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភា និងវិធានការគន្លឹះទី៥ របស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

Opening Ceremony of the 2025 Justice Sector Achievement Review and 2026 Priority Work Directions Conference

On the morning of Wednesday, 25th March 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, attended the opening ceremony of the conference to review the 2025 achievements of the justice sector and set the priority work directions for 2026. The conference was held under the high presidency of H.E. KOEUT Rith, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice, together with H.E. Dr. CHIV Keng, President of the Supreme Court, and H.E. CHEA Leang, Prosecutor General of the Supreme Court. The conference was organized for two days, from 25 to 26 March 2026, with the participation of members of the Supreme Council of the Magistracy, senior leaders of the Ministry of Justice, leaders of courts and prosecution offices at all levels nationwide, leaders of court administrative units across the country, and representatives of relevant law enforcement institutions, with approximately 500 participants in total. The conference aimed to review the current situation and recent developments in the justice sector, identify key challenges, and set out solutions and priority work directions to improve efficiency in serving the public, address existing challenges, enhance the effectiveness and quality of justice services, and strengthen public confidence in the implementation of the law by prosecution and judicial institutions, as well as other relevant competent authorities, in line with the policies and strategic directions set out in the Pentagonal Strategy, Phase I of the Royal Government of Cambodia under the 7th Mandate Legislature of the National Assembly, and the 5th Key Measure of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
