សិក្ខាសាលាថ្នាក់ជាតិរបស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រពន្ធ័តុលាការលើប្រធានបទស្តីពី «ការធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងនូវយន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការនៅកម្ពុជា»

នាថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ១៤កើត ខែពិសាខ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងជាសមាជិកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ បានចូលរួមជាគណៈអធិបតីក្នុង សិក្ខាសាលាថ្នាក់ជាតិរបស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រពន្ធ័តុលាការលើប្រធានបទស្តីពី «ការធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងនូវយន្តការដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការនៅកម្ពុជា» និងមានការចូលរួមបើកសិក្ខាសាលាដោយឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងជាអនុប្រធាននៃអ.ដ.ក. ព្រមទាំងបិទសិក្ខាសាលាដោយឯកឧត្តម កើត​ រិទ្ធ ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ និងជាប្រធានអ.ដ.ក.។ ក្នុងឱកាសនេះផងដែរ លោកមេធាវី ផន ឈៀងឡេង សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវី តំណាងគណៈមេធាវី ក៏បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីតួនាទីមេធាវីក្នុងយន្តការសម្របសម្រួលរបស់អ.ដ.ក. ផងដែរ។

National Seminar of the National Authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution on the Theme: “Enhancing Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms in Cambodia”

On Thursday, 30th April, 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and member of the National Authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution, attended as a member of the presidium at the national seminar on the theme “Enhancing Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms in Cambodia.” The seminar was officially opened by H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection and Vice-Chairman of the NADR, and closed by H.E. KOEUT Rith, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Justice, and Chairman of the NADR. On this occasion, Attorney PHAN Chhiengleng, Member of the Bar Council and representative of the Bar Association, also delivered a presentation on the role of lawyers within the NADR’s mediation mechanism.
