កម្មវិធីបោះជំរំសិក្សា និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយច្បាប់ស្តីពី «វិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីក្នុងសង្គម» របស់សិស្សមេធាវី ជំនាន់ទី២០

នាថ្ងៃអង្គារ ១១រោច ខែពិសាខ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងកម្មវិធីបោះជំរំសិក្សា និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយច្បាប់ស្តីពី «វិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីក្នុងសង្គម» របស់សិស្សមេធាវី ជំនាន់ទី២០ រួមជាមួយលោក សុខ ថុល អភិបាលរងនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប តំណាងឯកឧត្តមអភិបាល នៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប ព្រមទាំងមានវត្តមានតំណាងពីស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវី ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈមេធាវី សិស្សមេធាវីជំនាន់ទី២០​ ព្រមទាំងមន្ត្រីរាជការ កងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធ និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងមូលដ្ឋានក្រុងសៀមរាប សរុបចំនួន ១៥០នាក់។ កម្មវិធីបោះជំរំសិក្សា និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយច្បាប់ ជាផ្នែកមួយនៃកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសម្រាប់សិស្សមេធាវី ដែលត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងសិស្សមេធាវីទាំងអស់ បានស្គាល់អំពីភូមិសាស្ត្រ បែបបទការងារនៅរដ្ឋបាលថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ ទំនៀមទម្លាប់ ប្រពៃណីនៃតំបន់នីមួយៗ និងបណ្តុះគំនិតដល់សិស្សមេធាវី ឱ្យចេះចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹងដល់សង្គម តាមរយៈផ្សព្វផ្សាយឱ្យសាធារណជនបានយល់ជ្រួតជ្រាបអំពីច្បាប់ ក៏ដូចជាវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីនៅក្នុងសង្គម ដើម្បីរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់នីតិរដ្ឋ ចូលរួមបម្រើយុត្តិធម៌ តាមរយៈការពង្រឹងការយល់ដឹងអំពីច្បាប់ និងការចូលរួមអនុវត្តច្បាប់ឱ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវ មុនពេលក្លាយជាមេធាវីនាពេលអនាគត ដ៏ខ្លីខាងមុខ។ កម្មវិធីនេះ ក៏ស្របនឹងគោលនយោបាយដឹកនាំគណៈមេធាវីក្នុងអាណត្តិទី១៥ របស់លោកប្រធានផងដែរគឺ គោលនយោបាយទី១ ការចូលរួមជាមួយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងតួអង្គពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់យុត្តិធម៌សង្គម និងពង្រឹងប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ តាមរយៈការផ្តល់ សេវាកម្មច្បាប់ដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្រីក្រដែលមិនមានលទ្ធភាពបង់ថ្លៃសេវាមេធាវី និងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយច្បាប់ដល់ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក៏ដូចជាសាធារណៈជនទូទៅ ជាពិសេសប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅតំបន់ដាច់ស្រយាល។ នៅក្នុងឱកាសនេះ សិស្សមេធាវី​ជំនាន់ទី២០ បានលើកយកប្រធានបទចំនួន៤មកធ្វើបទបង្ហាញជូនអង្គពិធី គឺអាពាហ៍ពិពាហ៍និងគ្រួសារ​ និងអត្រានុកូលដ្ឋាន សន្តតិកម្ម តួនាទីមេធាវីក្នុងរឿងក្តីព្រហ្មទណ្ឌ និងតួនាទីមេធាវីក្នុងរឿងក្តីរដ្ឋប្បវេណី។ កម្មវិធីនេះ ត្រូវបានបញ្ចប់ទៅយ៉ាងរលូនតាមការរំពឹងទុក ហើយសិស្សមេធាវី ជំនាន់ទី២០ នឹងត្រូវត្រៀមខ្លួនសម្រាប់ការប្រឡងចេញ ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនាពេលខាងមុខនេះ។

Study Camp and Legal Awareness Program on “The Legal Profession in Society” for the 20th Generation of Lawyer Trainees. On Tuesday, May 12, 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, presided over the study camp and legal awareness program on “The Legal Profession in Society” for the 20th generation of lawyer trainees.The event was attended together with Mr. SOK Thol, Deputy Governor of Siem Reap Province, representing the Governor of Siem Reap Province, as well as representatives from relevant institutions, members of the Bar Council, leaders of the Lawyers Professional Training Center, leaders of the Secretariat-General of the Bar Association, the 20th generation lawyer trainees, government officials, armed forces personnel, and local residents of Siem Reap Province totally 150 participants. The study camp and legal awareness program is part of the training program for lawyer trainees. It was organized with the objective of helping trainees gain knowledge about geography, work procedures at sub-national administrative levels, and the customs and traditions of different regions. It also aims to cultivate in the trainees a sense of sharing legal knowledge with society by educating the public about the law and the legal profession in society.The program seeks to contribute to strengthening the rule of law and supporting justice through improving legal awareness and encouraging proper law enforcement before the trainees officially become lawyers in the near future. This program is also in line with the leadership policy of the Bar Association during its 15th mandate under the current President, particularly Policy No. 1, which focuses on cooperating with the Royal Government of Cambodia and relevant stakeholders to promote social justice and improve the effectiveness of law enforcement. This includes providing legal services to poor citizens who cannot afford lawyer fees and disseminating legal knowledge to citizens and the general public, especially those living in remote areas. During the event, the 20th generation lawyer trainees presented four topics: Marriage, family, and civil registration Succession, The role of lawyers in criminal cases, The role of lawyers in civil cases. The program concluded smoothly as expected, and the 20th generation lawyer trainees will now prepare for their graduation examination, which will take place in the near future.
