នាថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ៥កើត និងសុក្រ ៦កើត ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២១ និង២២ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចាត់លោកស្រីមេធាវី កែ ឆដាផស្ស ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានការពារក្តីជូនជនក្រីក្រ និងប្រតិភូអមដំណើរ ចុះពិនិត្យ តាមដានការអនុវត្តការងាររបស់ប្រតិភូ និងលេខាប្រតិភូភូគណៈមេធាវីប្រចាំខេត្តត្បូងឃ្មុំ សាលាឧទ្ធរណ៍ត្បូងឃ្មុំ និងពិនិត្យស្ថានភាពបន្ទប់មេធាវីនៅពន្ធនាគារខេត្តត្បូងឃ្មុំ និងមណ្ឌលអប់រំកែប្រែទី៣ (ត្រពាំងផ្លុង)។ លោកស្រីប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន បានទទួលយកនូវបញ្ហាប្រឈមរបស់ប្រតិភូ និងលេខាប្រតិភូ និងបានផ្តល់នូវដំណោះស្រាយជាមូលដ្ឋានជូនដើម្បីអនុវត្តការងារបន្ត។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះដែរ លោកស្រីប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន បានពាំនាំនូវអនុសាសន៍របស់លោកប្រធាន ជូនប្រតិភូនិងលេខាប្រតិភូគណៈមេធាវី ឱ្យយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ខ្ពស់ក្នុងការអនុវត្តការងារផ្តល់សេវាផ្នែកច្បាប់ជូនដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្រីក្រ ឱ្យកាន់តែឆាប់រហ័ស និងមានប្រសិទ្ធិភាព ស្របតាមគោលនយោបាយដឹកនាំរបស់លោកប្រធានគណៈមេធាវី «រួមគ្នាដើម្បីវិបុលភាពនៃវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី»។

Inspection and Monitoring Visit on the Performance of the Bar Association’s Delegates and Deputy Delegates in Tboung Khmum Province and the Tboung Khmum Court of Appeal, and Inspection of the Lawyers’ Rooms at Tboung Khmum Provincial Prison and Correctional Center III (Trapeang Phlong)

On Thursday and Friday, 21st and 22nd May 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, assigned Attorney KE Chhardaphas, Director of the Department of Legal Aid, together with the accompanying delegation, to conduct an inspection and monitoring visit on the performance of the delegates and deputy delegates of the Bar Association in Tboung Khmum Province and the Tboung Khmum Court of Appeal, as well as to inspect the conditions of the lawyers’ rooms at Tboung Khmum Provincial Prison and Correctional Center III (Trapeang Phlong). During the visit, the Director of the Department listened to the challenges raised by the delegates and deputy delegates and provided preliminary solutions to support the continuation of their work. On that occasion, the Director also conveyed the recommendations of the President to the delegates and deputy delegates, encouraging them to pay close attention to providing legal services to underprivileged citizens in a more timely and effective manner, in line with the President’s leadership policy: “Together for the Prosperity of the Legal Profession.”
