ការចុះពិនិត្យ តាមដានការអនុវត្តការងាររបស់ប្រតិភូ និងលេខាប្រតិភូភូគណៈមេធាវីប្រចាំខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង និងពិនិត្យស្ថានភាពបន្ទប់មេធាវីនៅពន្ធនាគារខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង

នាថ្ងៃអង្គារ ៩រោច ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចាត់លោកស្រីមេធាវី កែ ឆដាផស្ស ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានការពារក្តីជូនជនក្រីក្រ និងប្រតិភូអមដំណើរ ចុះពិនិត្យ តាមដានការអនុវត្តការងាររបស់ប្រតិភូ និងលេខាប្រតិភូគណៈមេធាវីប្រចាំខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង និងពិនិត្យស្ថានភាពបន្ទប់មេធាវីនៅពន្ធនាគារខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង។ លោកស្រីប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន បានទទួលយកនូវបញ្ហាប្រឈមរបស់ប្រតិភូ និងលេខាប្រតិភូ និងបានផ្តល់នូវដំណោះស្រាយជាមូលដ្ឋានជូនដើម្បីអនុវត្តការងារបន្ត។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះដែរ លោកស្រីប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន បានពាំនាំនូវអនុសាសន៍របស់លោកប្រធាន ជូនប្រតិភូនិងលេខាប្រតិភូគណៈមេធាវី ឱ្យយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ខ្ពស់ក្នុងការអនុវត្តការងារផ្តល់សេវាផ្នែកច្បាប់ជូនដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្រីក្រ ឱ្យកាន់តែឆាប់រហ័ស និងមានប្រសិទ្ធិភាព ស្របតាមគោលនយោបាយដឹកនាំរបស់លោកប្រធានគណៈមេធាវី «រួមគ្នាដើម្បីវិបុលភាពនៃវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី»។

Inspection and Monitoring Visit on the Performance of the Bar Association’s Delegates and Deputy Delegate in Kampong Chhnang Province and Inspection of the Lawyers’ Room at Kampong Chhnang Provincial Prison

On Tuesday, 9th June, 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, assigned Attorney KE Chhardaphas, Director of the Department of Legal Aid and accompanying delegates, to conduct an inspection and monitoring visit on the performance of the Delegate and Deputy Delegate of the Bar Association in Kampong Chhnang Province, as well as to inspect the condition of the lawyers’ room at Kampong Chhnang Provincial Prison. During the visit, the Director received and discussed the challenges encountered by the Delegate and Deputy Delegate and provided preliminary solutions to support the continuation of their work. On that occasion, the Director also conveyed the President’s recommendations to the Delegate and Deputy Delegate of the Bar Association, encouraging them to pay close attention to providing legal services to underprivileged citizens in a more timely and effective manner, in line with the President’s leadership policy, “Together for the Prosperity of the Legal Profession.”
