សិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពីការរៀបចំក្រមពាណិជ្ជកម្មសម្រាប់កម្ពុជា

នាថ្ងៃពុធ ១០កើត ខែបឋមាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចាត់តាំងគណៈប្រតិភូគណៈមេធាវី ដឹកនាំដោយលោកមេធាវី ប៊ុន ណាវីណា អគ្គលេខាធិការរងនៃគណៈមេធាវីទទួលបន្ទុកប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានទំនាក់ទំនងសាធារណៈ និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ ចូលរួមសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី ការរៀបចំក្រមពាណិជ្ជកម្មសម្រាប់កម្ពុជា។ គណៈប្រតិភូដែលបានចូលរួមរួមមាន លោកស្រីមេធាវី កែវ ឆដាផស្ស ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានការពារក្តីជូនជនក្រីក្រ លោកស្រីមេធាវី ហេង អមរា អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានបុគ្គលិក និងរដ្ឋបាល លោក សំ រិទ្ធីសិទ្ធិ អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានទំនាក់ទំនងសាធារណៈ និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ ព្រមទាំងសមាជិកនៃគណៈកម្មការជំនាញផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មនៃគណៈមេធាវីផងដែរ។ ការចូលរួមក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលានេះ ធ្វើឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងស្វែងយល់ និងផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនៈជាមួយស្ថាប័ន និងអ្នកជំនាញពាក់ព័ន្ធ លើដំណើរការរៀបចំក្រមពាណិជ្ជកម្មសម្រាប់កម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងចូលរួមផ្តល់ធាតុចូល និងយោបល់ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងខ្លឹមសារ និងក្របខណ្ឌគតិយុត្តនានា ដែលអាចជាមូលដ្ឋានសម្រាប់ការរៀបចំក្រមពាណិជ្ជកម្មនាពេលខាងមុខ។

Symposium on the Commercial Code for Cambodia

On 24th June, 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, appointed a delegation of the Bar Association, led by Attorney BUN Navina, Deputy Secretary-General in charge of the Department of Public Relations and International Cooperation, to participate in the Symposium on the Commercial Code for Cambodia. The delegation also included Attorney KE Chhardaphas, Director of the Department of Legal Aid, Attorney HENG Amara, Deputy Director of the Department of Personnel and Administration; Mr. SAM Rithyseth, Deputy Director of the Department of Public Relations and International Cooperation, as well as members of the Bar Association’s Commercial Law Committee. The symposium provided an opportunity for participants to contribute inputs and recommendations relating to the content and various legal frameworks that may serve as a foundation for the future drafting and development of the Commercial Code for Cambodia.
