ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សារបស់និស្សិត នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យអាមេរិកកាំងភ្នំពេញ មកកាន់ទីស្នាក់ការគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា

នាព្រឹក ថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ១១កើត ខែបឋមាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចាត់លោកមេធាវី ប៊ុន ណាវីណា អគ្គលេខាធិការរងនៃគណៈមេធាវី ទទួលបន្ទុកប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានទំនាក់ទំនងសាធារណៈ និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ ដើម្បីទទួលស្វាគមន៍គណៈគ្រប់គ្រង និងនិស្សិតជំនាញនីតិសាស្ដ្រ ចំនួន ៤០ រូប ដែលមកទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានៅគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដឹកនាំដោយ លោកសាស្ដ្រាចារ្យ Mark T. Knapp សាស្ត្រាចារ្យផ្នែកនីតិសាស្ត្រនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យអាមេរិកកាំងភ្នំពេញ។ នៅក្នុងឱកាសនៃទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានេះ ក៏មានការធ្វើបទឧទ្ទេសនាមស្តីពី «ក្រមសីលធម៌មេធាវី» ដោយលោកមេធាវី ប៊ុន ណាវីណា អគ្គលេខាធិការរងនៃគណៈមេធាវី ទទួលបន្ទុកប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានទំនាក់ទំនងសាធារណៈ និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ និងលោក សំ រិទ្ធីសិទ្ធិ អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានទំនាក់ទំនងសាធារណៈ និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ។ ក្រោយបញ្ចប់បទបង្ហាញ និស្សិតទាំងអស់បានធ្វើដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចទីតាំងមួយចំនួននៃអគារទីស្នាក់ការគណៈមេធាវី រួមមាន បន្ទប់កិត្តិយស បន្ទប់វិនិច្ឆ័យ និងសាលប្រជុំក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវី។ ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះ លោកអគ្គលេខាធិការរងបានផ្ដល់នូវអនុសាសន៍ល្អៗដល់និស្សិត ធ្វើយ៉ាងណាត្រូវយកចិត្តទុកដាក់រៀនសូត្រ បង្កើនចំណេះដឹង សិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវច្បាប់ និងស្វែងយល់អំពីការរីកចម្រើននៃសង្គមជាតិ ត្រូវមានសុទិដ្ឋិនិយមចំពោះការដឹកនាំនៃស្ថាប័ននានារបស់ជាតិ ប្រព័ន្ធយុត្តិធម៌ ដំណើរការនៃការកសាងនីតិរដ្ឋនៅកម្ពុជា។ ជាទីបញ្ចប់ លោកអគ្គលេខាធិការរង បានជូនពរគណៈគ្រប់គ្រង និងនិស្សិតទាំងអស់នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យអាមេរិកកាំងភ្នំពេញ សូមមានសុខភាពល្អ ទទួលបានជោគជ័យគ្រប់ភារកិច្ច និងសូមមានមានសុវត្ថិភាពក្នុងការធ្វើដំណើរ។

Study Visit of Students from the American University of Phnom Penh to the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia

On the morning of Thursday, 25th June, 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, assigned Attorney BUN Navina, Deputy Secretary-General in charge of the Department of Public Relations and International Cooperation, to welcome a delegation of management and 40 law students from the American University of Phnom Penh. The delegation was led by Prof. Mark T. Knapp, Law Professor at the American University of Phnom Penh. During the visit, a presentation on the “Code of Ethics for Lawyers” was delivered by Attorney BUN Navina, Deputy Secretary-General in charge of the Department of Public Relations and International Cooperation and Mr. SAM Rithyseth, Deputy Director of the Department of Public Relations and International Cooperation. Following the presentation, the students toured several key areas of the Bar Association headquarters, including the Honor Room, the Disciplinary Room, and the Bar Council Meeting Hall. On this occasion, the Deputy Secretary-General also provided guidance and encouragement to the students, urging them to stay committed to their studies, expand their knowledge, engage in legal research, and better understand the development of society. He also encouraged them to maintain a positive outlook toward the leadership of national institutions, the justice system, and the ongoing development of the rule of law in Cambodia. In closing, the Deputy Secretary-General extended his best wishes to the management and students of the American University of Phnom Penh for good health, success in all their endeavors, and safe travels.
