នារសៀល ថ្ងៃពុធ ២រោច ខែបឋមាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានដឹកនាំប្រតិភូទៅដាក់កម្រងផ្កាគោរពវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធលោកមេធាវី កៅ ស៊ូផា អត្តលេខ ១២៣។ ក្នុងឱកាសប្រកបដោយសមានទុក្ខដ៏ក្រៀមក្រំនេះ លោកប្រធាន បាននាំយកសារលិខិតរំលែកមរណទុក្ខ និងតាវកាលិកសម្រាប់មេធាវីទទួលមរណភាព ចំនួន ៤.០០០.០០០ (បួនលាន) រៀល សម្រាប់ចូលបច្ច័យក្នុងពិធីបុណ្យ ដែលប្រារព្ធធ្វើនៅគេហដ្ឋាន ស្ថិតនៅ ភូមិព្រែកតាព្រីង សង្កាត់សិត្បូ ក្រុងតាខ្មៅ ខេត្តកណ្ដាល។

The Handing over of Funeral Support Allowance and Floral Tribute in Honor of the Late Attorney KAO Soupha, ID No. 123

On the afternoon of Wednesday, 1st July 2026, Attorney SAInG Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, led a delegation to present a floral tribute in honor of the late Attorney KAO Soupha, ID No. 123. On this solemn and sorrowful occasion, the President conveyed a condolence letter and presented financial support for the deceased lawyer in the amount of 4,000,000 (four million) riel, to be contributed to the funeral ceremony held at the residence located in Preaek Ta Pring Village, Sangkat Settak bou, Ta Khmau City, Kandal Province.
