កិច្ចប្រជុំអំពីការរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលារួមគ្នារវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា

នារសៀល ថ្ងៃពុធ ២រោច ខែបឋមាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ចអនុវត្តអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់រវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា ដឹកនាំដោយលោកមេធាវី អ៊ីវ ប៉ូលី ប្រធានក្រុមការងារ បានជួបពិភាក្សាជាមួយក្រុមការងារធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា ដឹកនាំដោយលោក ហ៊ូ​ សិរី អំពីការរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលារួមគ្នាលើប្រធានបទចំនួនពីរគឺ «អនុប្បទានសិទ្ធិលើបំណុល» និង «មូលប្បទានបត្រ»។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងសម្រេចអំពីការចាត់តាំងវាគ្មិនសម្រាប់ការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញ និងចំណុចដែលជាបញ្ហាចោទដែលត្រូវលើកយកមកធ្វើបទបង្ហាញនៅក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលាទាំងពីរដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនាពេលខាងមុខ។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា ក្រោមកិច្ចសហការរវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ ប្រធានបទចំនួនពីរនឹងត្រូវបង្ហាញតាមរយៈសិក្ខាសាលា ដោយក្នុងនោះ សិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី «អនុប្បទានសិទ្ធិលើបំណុល»​ នឹងរៀបចំដោយធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា តាមរយៈការចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនកិតិ្តយសពីក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ចនៃគណៈមេធាវី។ ដោយឡែក សិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី «មូលប្បទានបត្រ» នឹងរៀបចំដោយគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា តាមរយៈការចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសពីក្រុមការងារធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា។

Meeting on the Organization of a Joint Seminar between the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the National Bank of Cambodia

On the afternoon of Wednesday, 1st July 2026, the Working Group responsible for the Implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the National Bank of Cambodia, led by Attorney IV Poly, Head of the Working Group, held a discussion meeting with the working group of the National Bank of Cambodia, led by Mr. HU Serey, regarding the organization of joint seminars on two topics: “Assignment of Rights over Debt” and “Cheques”. The purpose of this meeting was to review and decide on the designation of speakers for the presentations, as well as to identify key issues to be addressed in the upcoming seminars. It is noted that under the cooperation between the two institutions, the two topics will be presented through separate seminars. The seminars on “Assignment of Rights over Debt” will be organized by the National Bank of Cambodia, with the participation of honorary speakers from the Bar Association’s Working Group. Meanwhile, the workshop on “Cheques” will be organized by the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, with the participation of honorary speakers from the Working Group National Bank of Cambodia.
