កិច្ចប្រជុំរៀបចំផែនការអនុវត្តអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់រវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងនិយ័តករបរធនបាលកិច្ច

នារសៀល ថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ៣រោច ខែបឋមាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ចាត់តាំងលោកស្រីមេធាវី ទេព បូផល ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានស្រាវជ្រាវ បោះពុម្ព និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ជួបពិភាក្សាជាមួយនិយ័តករបរធនបាលកិច្ច តំណាងដោយលោក ណង សេរីវុធ អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានស្រាវជ្រាវ បណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការ អំពីផែនការអនុវត្តអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់រវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងនិយ័តករបរធនបាលកិច្ច។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ថា ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរបានចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដោយបានកំណត់នូវសកម្មភាពមួយចំនួន ហើយក្នុងនោះការបណ្តុះបណ្តាល និងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយច្បាប់ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងវិស័យបរធនបាលកិច្ច ជាទិសដៅអាទិភាព។ តាមរយៈនេះ ក្រុមការងារនៃស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ ក៏បានជួបពិភាក្សាការងារក្នុងគោលដៅដាក់ចេញនូវផែនការសកម្មភាព ដើម្បីឱ្យការអនុវត្តអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់នេះ មានលក្ខណៈជាសត្យានុម័ត ដោយក្នុងនោះជាបឋម៖

១. និយ័តករបរធនបាលកិច្ច បានអញ្ជើញតំណាងគណៈមេធាវីចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនក្នុងវេទិកាបរធនបាលកិច្ចដែលនឹងរៀបចំនៅក្នុងខែសីហាខាងមុខនេះ

២. គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា នឹងរៀបចំវេទិកាជជែកពិភាក្សាអំពីការអនុវត្តវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីក្នុងវិស័យបរធនបាលកិច្ច ដោយមានការចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនកិតិ្តយសពីមន្ត្រីជំនាញនៃនិយ័តករបរធនបាលកិច្ច បន្ថែមពីលើសកម្មភាពខាងលើ ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរក៏មានសុឆន្ទៈក្នុងបង្កើតកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាបន្តបន្ទាប់តាមតម្រូវការចាំបាច់ ដោយក្នុងនោះការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក ជាទិសដៅអាទិភាព។

Meeting on the Implementation Plan for the Memorandum of Understanding between the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Trust Regulator

On the afternoon of Thursday, 2nd July 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, appointed Attorney TEP Bophal, Head of the Department of Publications Research and Dissemination, to meet with representatives of the Trust Regulator, represented by Mr. NONG Sereyvuth, Deputy Director of the Research, Training and Cooperation Department, to discuss the implementation plan for the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Trust Regulator. It should be noted that the two institutions signed the Memorandum of Understanding on 18th March 2026, setting out a number of areas of cooperation, with training and the dissemination of laws relating to the trust sector identified as priority objectives. In this regard, the working groups of both institutions met to develop an action plan to ensure the effective implementation of the MoU. As an initial step:

1. The Trust Regulator has invited representatives of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia to serve as speakers at the Trust Forum to be held this coming August.

2. The Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia will organize a discussion forum on the practice of the legal profession in the trust sector, featuring honorary speakers from the Trust Regulator.
