វគ្គ​បណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលពិសេសអំពីច្បាប់ស្ដីពីការប្រឆាំងអំពើពុករលួយ

នារសៀលថ្ងៃសុក្រ ១១រោច ខែបឋមាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម កិត្តិនីតិកោសលបណ្ឌិត ឱម យុិនទៀង​ ទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងជាប្រធានអង្គភាពប្រឆាំងអំពើពុករលួយ​ (អ.ប.ព.)​ បានអញ្ជើញធ្វើបទឧទេ្ទសនាម លើមេរៀនទី៥ ស្តីពី «កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិក្នុងការប្រឆាំងអំពើពុករលួយ និងបច្ចេកទេសកោសលវិច័យ» ដែលជាមេរៀនចុងក្រោយនៃមុខវិជ្ជា «ច្បាប់ស្តីពីការប្រឆាំងអំពើពុករលួយ» ដល់សិក្ខាកាមវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសុក្រឹតការវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីវគ្គទី១៨ នៅទីស្នាក់ការគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ វគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលពិសេសនេះ មានវត្តមានចូលរួម​ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រ​កម្ពុជា​ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈមេធាវី និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី​ និងសិក្ខាកាមវគ្គបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលសុក្រឹតការវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីវគ្គទី១៨។ គួរ​បញ្ជាក់​ថា​ មុខវិជ្ជា «ច្បាប់ស្តីពីការប្រឆាំងអំពើពុករលួយ» នេះ មានរយៈពេល ១២ម៉ោង និងមានចំនួន ៥មេរៀន​ ដែលកន្លងមក៖ - មេរៀនទី១ ស្តីពី «សញ្ញាណនៃអំពើពុករលួយ» និងមេរៀនទី២ ស្តីពី «ការប្រឆាំងអំពើពុករលួយនៅកម្ពុជា» ឧទ្ទេសនាម​ដោយ ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ឹម ឧត្តម និងឯកឧត្តម ស្រ៊ិន សុវណ្ណ ឧបការី អ.ប.ព.។ - មេរៀនទី៣ ស្តីពី «បទល្មើសពុករលួយ និងទោស» និងមេរៀនទី៤ ស្តីពី «នីតិវិធីស៊ើបអង្កេតបទល្មើសពុករលួយ» ឧទ្ទេសនាមដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ឃាង សេង អនុប្រធាន​ អ.​ប.ព.។

Special Training Program on the Law on Anti-Corruption

On the afternoon of Friday, 10th July 2026, H.E. Dr. Kitti Nitti Kosal Pandit OM Yentieng, Senior Minister in Charge of Special Mission and Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Unit, delivered a lecture on Lesson 5, “International Cooperation in Combating Corruption and Forensic Techniques,” the final lesson of the course “Law on Anti-Corruption,” to participants of the 18th Professional Lawyer Training Course held at the headquarters of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The special training program was attended by Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, the leaders of the Secretariat-General of the Bar Association, the leaders of the Lawyer Training Center, and participants of the 18th Professional Lawyer Training Course. It should be noted that the “Law on Anti-Corruption” course consists of 12 hours of instruction and is divided into five lessons, including: - Lesson 1: “Concept of Corruption” and Lesson 2: “Combating Corruption in Cambodia,” presented by H.E. IM Oudom and H.E. SRUN Sovann, Assistants to the Anti-Corruption Unit. - Lesson 3: “Corruption Offences and Penalties” and Lesson 4: “Investigation Procedures for Corruption Offences,” presented by H.E. KHEANG Seng, Vice President of the Anti-Corruption Unit.
