ការប្រឡងយកវិញ្ញាបនបត្រសម្បទាខាងវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីសម្រាប់សិស្សមេធាវីជំនាន់ទី២០ លើវិញ្ញាសាសរសេរ

នាថ្ងៃចន្ទ ៦កើត ខែទុតិយាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំការប្រឡងយកវិញ្ញាបនបត្រសម្បទាខាងវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីសម្រាប់សិស្សមេធាវីជំនាន់ទី២០ លើវិញ្ញាសាសរសេរ នៅទីស្នាក់ការគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ស្របតាមកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិជាធរមាន។ ការប្រឡងយកវិញ្ញាបនបត្រសម្បទាខាងវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី គឺជាដំណាក់កាលដ៏សំខាន់មួយក្នុងការវាយតម្លៃលើចំណេះដឹង សមត្ថភាព និងការត្រៀមខ្លួនរបស់សិស្សមេធាវី មុននឹងក្លាយជាមេធាវីដែលមានលក្ខណៈសម្បត្តិស្របតាមច្បាប់ និងអាចប្រកបវិជ្ជាជីវៈប្រកបដោយវិជ្ជាជីវៈ សុចរិតភាព និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវ។ ការប្រឡងវិញ្ញាសាសរសេរនាពេលនេះ ធ្វើឡើងទៅលើមុខវិជ្ជា ទ្រឹស្តីទូទៅនៃនីតិរដ្ឋប្បវេណី និងនីតិវិធីរដ្ឋប្បវេណី និង ទ្រឹស្តីទូទៅនៃនីតិព្រហ្មទណ្ឌ និងនីតិវិធីព្រហ្មទណ្ឌ ដែលជាមុខវិជ្ជាស្នូលសម្រាប់វាស់វែងចំណេះដឹង និងសមត្ថភាពរបស់សិស្សមេធាវី មុននឹងទទួលបានវិញ្ញាបនបត្រសម្បទាខាងវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី។ ការប្រឡងបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្នុងបរិយាកាសមានសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់ របៀបរៀបរយ តម្លាភាព សុចរិតភាព និងការទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរៀបចំ និងគ្រប់គ្រងដោយ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេប្រយោគ និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីធានាឱ្យដំណើរការប្រឡងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយរលូន ស្មើភាព និងស្របតាមគោលការណ៍ដែលគណៈមេធាវីបានកំណត់។ សូមបញ្ជាក់ថា ការប្រឡងវិញ្ញាសាផ្ទាល់មាត់ នឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី២៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខាងមុខ លើមុខវិជ្ជា ច្បាប់ស្តីពីលក្ខន្តិកៈមេធាវី ក្រមសីលធម៌មេធាវី និងបទបញ្ជាផ្ទៃក្នុងនៃគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

Written Exam of the Professional Qualification Examination for the 20th Generation of Lawyer Trainees

On Monday, 20 July 2026, the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC) conducted the written examination for the 20th Trainee Attorneys' Professional Qualification Certificate at the BAKC headquarters, in accordance with the Attorney Professional Training Program and the applicable regulations. The Professional Qualification Certificate Examination is a significant milestone in assessing the knowledge, competence, and readiness of trainee attorneys before they qualify as attorneys in accordance with the law and are entrusted to practice the legal profession with professionalism, integrity, and responsibility. The written examination covered the subjects of General Theory of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, and General Theory of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, which are the core subjects used to evaluate the legal knowledge and professional competence of trainee lawyers prior to the award of the Professional Qualification Certificate. The examination was conducted in an orderly, transparent, fair, and accountable manner under the supervision and administration of Attorney SAING Vannak, Chairman of the Examination Committee, together with the relevant stakeholders, to ensure that the examination process was carried out smoothly, fairly, and in accordance with the principles established by the Bar Association. Please be informed that the oral examination will take place on Monday, 27th July 2026, covering the subjects of the Law on the Statute of Lawyers, the Code of Ethics for Lawyers, and the Internal Regulations of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
