ការចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលនៃសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ានលើកទី៤៧

នារសៀលថ្ងៃអង្គារ ៧កើត ខែទុតិយាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិនៃសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ានកម្ពុជា បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជា ចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលនៃសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ានលើកទី៤៧ តាមរយៈប្រព័ន្ធវីដេអូ ពីទីស្នាក់ការគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងមានការចូលរួមពីសមាជិក-សមាជិកានៃគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិនៃសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ានកម្ពុជា និងសមាជិក-សមាជិកានៃលេខាធិការដ្ឋានអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍របស់គណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិនៃសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ានកម្ពុជា។ កិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលនៃសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ានលើកទី៤៧ បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយផ្អែកលើរបៀបវារៈសំខាន់ៗដូចខាងក្រោម៖

១. មតិស្វាគមន៍របស់ប្រធានសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ាន

២. មតិរបស់ប្រធាន និងប្រធានគណៈប្រតិភូនៃគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិរបស់សមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ាននៃប្រទេសជាសមាជិក

៣. ការអនុម័តកំណត់ហេតុនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលនៃសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ានលើកទី៤៦ និងការស្តាប់របាយការណ៍របស់អគ្គលេខាធិការសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ាន

៤. ការពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាលើរបាយការណ៍ការងារឆ្នាំ២០២៦ និងផែនការការងារឆ្នាំ២០២៧ របស់វិទ្យាស្ថានច្បាប់អាស៊ាន ព្រមទាំងបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពនៃគេហទំព័ររបស់សមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ាន និងវិទ្យាស្ថានច្បាប់អាស៊ាន

៥. ការពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាលើរបាយការណ៍របស់ក្រុមការងារ Crossroads 2.0 ស្តីពីទិសដៅអនាគត និងការកែទម្រង់រចនាសម្ព័ន្ធការងាររបស់សមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ាន

៦. ការស្តាប់របាយការណ៍ និងបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពស្តីពីទីផ្សារបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនិម្មិត ក្រុមការងារស្តីពីស្ត្រីក្នុងវិស័យច្បាប់ មូលនិធិសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ាន កិច្ចប្រជុំប្រចាំឆ្នាំរបស់អគ្គលេខាធិការនិងការប្រកួតប្រជែងសវនាការប្រឌិតរបស់សមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ាន។ ក្នុងឱកាសនេះផងដែរ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ បានថ្លែងមតិក្នុងនាមជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិនៃសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ានកម្ពុជា ដោយបញ្ជាក់ពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់កម្ពុជា ក្នុងការបន្តចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មជាមួយសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ាន ដើម្បីពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការផ្នែកច្បាប់ ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរចំណេះដឹង និងការលើកកម្ពស់នីតិរដ្ឋក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ាន។

Participation in the 47th ASEAN Law Association Governing Council Meeting

On the afternoon of Tuesday, July 21, 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Chairman of the National Committee of Cambodia of the ASEAN Law Association, led the Cambodian delegation to attend the 47th ASEAN Law Association (ALA) Governing Council Meeting via video conference from the headquarters of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The Cambodian delegation comprised members of the National Committee of Cambodia of the ASEAN Law Association and members of its Permanent Secretariat. The 47th ALA Governing Council Meeting addressed the following key agenda:

1. Welcome Remarks from the ALA President

2. Addresses by the Chairs and Heads of Delegation of the ALA National Committees

3. Approval of the minutes of the 46th ALA Governing Council Meeting and presentation of the report of the ALA Secretary-General

4. Consideration and discussion of the ASEAN Law Institute’s 2026 Work Report and 2027 Work Plan, together with updates on the ALA and ASEAN Law Institute websites

5. Consideration and discussion of the Crossroads 2.0 Working Group Report concerning ALA’s future direction and structural reform

6. Observe reports and updates concerning the Virtual Training Marketplace, ALA Standing Committee for Women in Law, ALA Foundation, Annual Meeting of the ALA Honorary Secretaries, and the ALA Moot Competition. On this occasion, Attorney SAING Vannak delivered remarks in his capacity as Chairman of the National Committee of Cambodia of the ASEAN Law Association, reaffirming Cambodia’s commitment to actively participate in the ASEAN Law Association’s activities to strengthen regional legal cooperation, facilitate the exchange of knowledge and promote the rule of law throughout the ASEAN region.
