នាព្រឹក ថ្ងៃសុក្រ ២រោច ខែទុតិយាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញទទួលសៀវភៅ ១១១ ចំណុច ប្រសាសន៍ណែនាំសម្ដេចតេជោ និងសៀវភៅ កុលាបក្រហមដងទន្លេមេគង្គ ពីសំណាក់ឯកឧត្តម ទុំប៉ែន វីរះវិទូ តំណាងក្រុមការងារស្រាវជ្រាវចងក្រងនិពន្ធសៀវភៅសម្តេចទាំងទ្វេ ដើម្បីតម្កល់ទុកនៅបណ្ណាល័យគណៈមេធាវីសម្រាប់ជាប្រយោជន៍ជូនសហភាតាសម្រាប់ការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ ដោយសៀវភៅនេះមានផ្ទុកនូវប្រសាសន៍គន្លឹះណែនាំសំខាន់ៗរបស់សម្ដេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន និងការរំលឹកអំពីប្រវត្តិជីវិតតស៊ូរបស់ សម្ដេចកិត្តិព្រឹទ្ធបណ្ឌិត ប៊ុន រ៉ានី ហ៊ុន សែន ក៏ដូចជាព្រឹត្តការណ៍ប្រវត្តិសាសន៍តាមដងទន្លេមេគង្គផងដែរ។

Book Handover Ceremony of 111 Key Guiding Remarks of Samdech Techo and The Red Rose of the Mekong River

On the morning of Friday, 31 July 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC), received copies of the books 111 Key Guiding Remarks of Samdech Techo and The Red Rose of the Mekong River from H.E. TUM Pen Virak Vitou , representative of the research and editorial team responsible for compiling and publishing the books on the two Samdechs. The books were donated to the BAKC Library to serve as reference materials for lawyers and lawyer trainees in their study and research. They contain key guiding remarks by Samdech Techo HUN Sen, as well as reflections on the life and struggles of Samdech Kittiprittbandit BUN Rany Hun Sen, together with historical accounts of significant events along the Mekong River.
