កិច្ចប្រជុំពិគ្រោះយោបល់ជាមួយអតីតប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីលើសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់វិសោធនកម្មច្បាប់ស្ដីពីលក្ខន្តិកៈមេធាវី

នារសៀលថ្ងៃអង្គារ​ ៦រោច ខែទុតិយសាឍ​ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៤​ ខែសីហា​ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានដឹកនាំក្រុមការងារចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំដើម្បីពិគ្រោះយោបល់លើសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពីវិសោធនកម្មច្បាប់ស្តីពីលក្ខន្តិកៈមេធាវី ដឹកនាំដោយឯកឧត្តម កើត រិទ្ធ ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ រៀបចំឡើងដើម្បីពិគ្រោះយោបល់លើសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ ជាមួយអតីតប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីទាំង ៧ រូប តំណាងឱ្យអាណត្តិទាំង ១៤ របស់គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលរួមមាន ឯកឧត្តមទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី គី តិច ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត សាយ បូរី លោកមេធាវី អាំង អេងថុង ឯកឧត្តម ជីវ សុងហាក់ ឯកឧត្តម ប៊ុន ហុន ឯកឧត្តម សួន វិសាល និងឯកឧត្តម លី ច័ន្ទតុលា។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីតំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធមួយចំនួនរួមមាន ទីស្ដីការគណ:រដ្ឋមន្រ្តី​ ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអ្នកច្បាប់នៃទីស្តីការគណៈរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ព្រមទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញនៃក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌។ ជាលទ្ធផល អតីតប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីទាំង ៧ រូប បានឯកភាពគាំទ្រលើការធ្វើវិសោធនកម្មនេះ និងបានផ្ដល់យោបល់ និងធាតុចូលបន្ថែម ដើម្បីឱ្យសេចក្ដីព្រាងច្បាប់វិសោធនកម្មនេះកាន់តែមានលក្ខណៈគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ និងធានាបាននូវប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់ក្នុងការអនុវត្ត។

Consultative Meeting with Former Presidents of the Bar Association on the Draft Law on the Amendment of the Law on the Bar

On the afternoon of Tuesday, 4th August 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC), led the BAKC delegation in a consultative meeting on the Draft Law on the Amendment of the Law on the Bar, chaired by H.E. KOEUT Rith, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice. The meeting was convened to seek comments on the draft amendment from the seven former Presidents of the Bar Association, representing all fourteen mandates of the BAKC. The participants included H.E. Senior Minister KY Tech, H.E. Dr. SAY Bory, Attorney ANG Engthong, H.E. CHIV Songhak, H.E. BUN Honn, H.E. SUON Visal, and H.E. LY Chantola. Representatives from several ministries and relevant institutions also attended, including the Office of the Council of Ministers, the Council of Jurists of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Commerce, as well as the leaders and technical officials of the Ministry of Justice. As a result of the meeting, all seven former Presidents of the Bar Association expressed their support for the proposed amendments and provided additional comments and recommendations to further strengthen the draft law, making it more comprehensive and ensuring its effective implementation.
