សិក្ខាសាលាស្ដីពី «ភាពស្ទាត់ជំនាញក្នុងការតាក់តែងខចែងស្ដីពីមជ្ឈត្តការសម្រាប់កិច្ចសន្យាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម»

នាព្រឹក ថ្ងៃពុធ ៩កើត ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចាត់តាំង លោកមេធាវី គីម សុជាតិ អគ្គលេខាធិការនៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា អញ្ជើញជាអធិបតី និងថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាបើកសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី «ភាពស្ទាត់ជំនាញក្នុងការតាក់តែងខចែងស្ដីពីមជ្ឈត្តការសម្រាប់កិច្ចសន្យាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម» ដែលសហការរៀបចំរវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។ កម្មវិធីនេះ ក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមថ្លែងមតិចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ដោយលោកស្រី លឹម រដ្ឋា អនុប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាប្រតិបត្តិនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងលោក ហ៊ឹប ណារិទ្ធិ វេស៍ ប្រធានមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសពីលោក សាន គីរី មជ្ឈត្តករនៃមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ព្រមទាំងមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈមេធាវី ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី សិស្សមេធាវី និងសិក្ខាកាមចូលរួមដោយផ្ទាល់សរុបចំនួន ១០៩នាក់។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះធ្វើឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងបង្ហាញឱ្យសិក្ខាកាមបានស្វែងយល់បន្ថែមពីរបៀបក្នុងការតាក់តែងខចែងស្ដីពីមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្មសម្រាប់កិច្ចសន្យាពាណិជ្ជកម្មឱ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវតាមខ្លឹមសារច្បាប់ អភិវឌ្ឍជំនាញក្នុងការតាក់តែងខចែងមជ្ឈត្តការឱ្យមានភាពច្បាស់លាស់ និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព យល់ដឹងអំពីកំហុសទូទៅក្នុងការតាក់តែងខចែងមជ្ឈត្តការ និងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាពក្នុងការការពារផលប្រយោជន៍របស់ភាគី និងកាត់បន្ថយហានិភ័យវិវាទនៅពេលអនុវត្តកិច្ចសន្យា។ ជាចុងបញ្ចប់នៃកម្មវិធី លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចាត់តាំង លោកមេធាវី យឹម វិស្សុត អគ្គលេខាធិការរងនៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាបិទសិក្ខាសាលា។ លោកមេធាវី បានកោតសរសើរដល់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ជាពិសេសវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយស លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ សាន គីរី ដែលបានចំណាយពេលវេលាដ៏មានតម្លៃចូលរួមចែករំលែកចំណេះដឹងថ្មីៗជូនដល់បងប្អូនសហភាតា ដែលនឹងក្លាយពុទ្ធិថ្មីមួយក្នុងការពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាព និងឱកាសវិជ្ជាជីវៈក្នុងគោលដៅរួមគ្នាដើម្បីវិបុលភាពនៃវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី។

Seminar on Mastering Arbitration Clause Drafting in Commercial Contracts

On the morning of Wednesday, 25th February 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, appointed Attorney KIM Socheat, Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to preside over and deliver the opening remarks at the seminar on “Mastering Arbitration Clause Drafting in Commercial Contracts.” The seminar was jointly organized by the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC). The program also featured remarks by Mrs. LIM Ratha, Vice-Chair of the Executive Board of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre, representing Mr. HIB Narith West, President of the NCAC. The distinguished guest speaker was Mr. SAN Kiri ,Arbitrator of the NCAC. The event was attended by leaders of the General Secretariat of the Bar Association, leaders of the Lawyer Training Center, Lawyer Students, and other participants, with a total of 109 in-person attendees. The seminar aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of how to properly draft arbitration clauses for commercial contracts in compliance with legal requirements; to develop skills in drafting clear and effective arbitration clauses; to raise awareness of common drafting mistakes; and to strengthen the ability to protect parties’ interests while reducing the risk of disputes during contract implementation. At the conclusion of the program, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, appointed Attorney YIM Vissoth, Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to deliver the closing remarks. In his remarks, he expressed appreciation to the National Commercial Arbitration Centre, particularly the distinguished speaker, Arbitrator SAN Kiri, for dedicating valuable time to share practical knowledge with fellow colleagues, contributing to enhanced professional capacity and broader career opportunities, with the shared objective of advancing the legal profession.
