នារសៀលថ្ងៃអង្គារ ១៥កើត ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងជាសមាជិកអាជ្ញាធរជាតិដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១២ របស់អាជ្ញាធរជាតិដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាលើវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារសំខាន់ៗ ដែល អ.ដ.ក. ដែលសម្រេចបាន និងកំណត់ទិសដៅការងារបន្ត ដឹកនាំប្រជុំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម កើត រិទ្ធ ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ និងជាប្រធានអាជ្ញាធរជាតិដោះស្រាយវិវាទក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការ (អ.ដ.ក)។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ឯកឧត្តម សុខ សូកេន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអធិការកិច្ច និងជាអនុប្រធាននៃ អ.ដ.ក. និង ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងសមាជិកនៃ អ.ដ.ក. និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាននៃ អ.ដ.ក. ព្រមទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ និងមន្រ្តីពាក់ព័ន្ធមួយចំនួនទៀត។ សូមបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា កិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១២នេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាលើរបៀបវារៈសំខាន់ៗចំនួន៤ គឺ៖

ទី១- សេចក្តីរាយការណ៍សង្ខេបស្តីពីសកម្មភាពការងាររបស់ អ.ដ.ក. នៅចន្លោះកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១១ និងលើកទី១២ នៃ អ.ដ.ក.។

ទី២- ពិនិត្យ និងសម្រេចលើសេចក្តីព្រាងផែនការការងារឆ្នាំ២០២៦ របស់ អ.ដ.ក. ។

ទី៣-ពិនិត្យ និងសម្រេចលើការស្នើសុំផ្តល់នីតិសម្បទាជាមន្ត្រីសម្រុះសម្រួលដោះស្រាយវិវាទនៃ អ.ដ.ក. ជំនាន់ទី៣។ និងទី៤-បញ្ហាផ្សេងៗ

Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Attends the 12th Meeting of the National Authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NADR)

On the afternoon of Tuesday, 3th March 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Member of the National Authority for Dispute Resolution (NADR), attended the 12th meeting of the NADR. The meeting was convened to review and discuss key progress achieved by the NADR and to set out future directions led by H.E. KOEUT Rith, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Justice, and Chairman of the NADR. The meeting was also attended by H.E. SOK Soken, Minister of Inspection and Vice Chairman of the NADR, along with Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen who are leaders and members of the NADR, leaders of the NACDR Secretariat General, senior officials of the Ministry of Justice, and other relevant officials. It should be noted that this 12th meeting was organized to review and discuss four main agenda items:

1. Summary report on the activities of the NADR conducted between the 11th and 12th meetings.

2. Review and approval of the draft 2026 Work Plan of the NADR.

3. Review and decision on the applications for accreditation as mediators of the NADR for the Third Generation. 4. Miscellaneous
