កិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាអំពីការត្រៀមរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ ពិគ្រោះនិងផ្តល់យោបល់លើសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ភូមិបាល (ថ្មី)

នារសៀល ថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ៥រោច ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ចទទួលបន្ទុកអនុវត្តអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់រវាងក្រសួង ដ.ន.ស. និងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដឹកនាំដោយលោកមេធាវី អ៊ីវ ប៉ូលី ចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាអំពីការត្រៀមរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាសិក្សាស្វែងយល់ ពិគ្រោះនិងផ្តល់យោបល់លើសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ភូមិបាល (ថ្មី) ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តម ថេង ច័ន្ទសង្វារ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួង ដ.ន.ស.។ កិច្ចប្រជុំ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំក្នុងគោលបំណងពិភាក្សាលម្អិតអំពីដំណើរការរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលា ដោយផ្អែកលើរបៀបវារៈដូចខាងក្រោម៖

១. ការកំណត់អំពីរបៀបធ្វើបទបង្ហាញ និងការពិភាក្សាលើប្រធានបទនីមួយៗ ដោយធ្វើការសម្រេចអំពីអ្នកទទួលបន្ទុកសម្របសម្រួល ប្រធានបទ ចំណុចដែលត្រូវបង្ហាញ និងទំហំនៃកិច្ចពិភាក្សា

២. ការកំណត់អំពីរបៀបរាយការណ៍អំពីលទ្ធផលនៃកិច្ចពិភាក្សា

៣. ការកំណត់សមាសភាពក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ច និងក្រុមការងារក្រសួង ដ.ន.ស.​ដែលនឹងចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សានីមួយៗ

៤. ការពិភាក្សាលើការបង្ហាញសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ ចំពោះចំណុចដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងប្រធានបទ

៥. ផ្សេងៗ ជាលទ្ធផល ក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ចបានទទួលនូវព័ត៌មានពិស្តារ និងគោលបំណងនៃការរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលា ហើយត្រៀមក្នុងការបើកទទួលចុះឈ្មោះសិក្ខាកាមជាមេធាវីចូលរួមក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលា ដែលគ្រោងនឹងរៀបចំនៅខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦​ ខាងមុខនេះ។

Discussion on Preparations for the Seminar on Reviewing and Consulting on Land Law Draft (New)

In the afternoon of Thursday, March 5, 2026, the working group responsible for implementing the MOU between the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction and the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, led by Attorney IV Poly, attended a discussion on preparations for the seminar on reviewing and consulting on Land Law Draft (New), presided over by H.E. THENG Chansangvar, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction. The discussion was organized with the objective of discussing in detail the process for organizing the seminar, based on the following agenda:

1. Determining the format of presentations and discussions on each topic, including selecting the moderators, the topics, key points to be presented, and the scope of the discussions.

2. Determining the format for reporting the results of the discussions.

3. Determining the composition of the BAKC's working group and the ministry's working group to participate in each discussion session.

4. Discussing the presentation of the draft law in relation to points relevant to each topic.

5. Other matters. As a result, the working group received detailed information and the objectives of the seminar and will open registration for lawyers to attend the seminar, which is scheduled to be held in April 2026.
