ពិធីចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់រវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងនិយ័តករបរធនបាលកិច្ច

នាព្រឹក ថ្ងៃពុធ ១៥រោច ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជានិងនិយ័តករបរធនបាលកិច្ចបានរៀបចំពិធីចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់រវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពលោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា​ និងឯកឧត្តម សុខ ដារ៉ា អគ្គនាយកនៃនិយ័តករបរធនបាលកិច្ច ព្រមទាំងមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្ត្រីនិងបុគ្គលិកនៃស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ និងភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយស។ គោលបំណងនៃអនស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់នេះគឺ ដើម្បីបង្កើនកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹង និងការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ក្នុងវិស័យបរធនបាលកិច្ច ព្រមទាំងការចូលរួមលើកកម្ពស់ការអនុវត្តវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីក្នុងវិស័យបរធនបាលកិច្ច។ ផ្អែកតាមអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់នេះ ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរនឹង៖

១. រៀបចំឱ្យមានការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនិងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយច្បាប់និងបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តទាក់ទងនឹងបរធនបាលកិច្ចដល់សមាជិកគណៈមេធាវី

២.បង្ហាញអំពីជំហរគាំទ្រគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកក្នុងការផ្សព្វផ្សាយច្បាប់និងបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តទាក់ទងនឹងបរធនបាលកិច្ច ព្រមទាំងពង្រីកទីផ្សារការងាររបស់មេធាវីក្នុងវិស័យបរធនបាលកិច្ចតាមរយៈការបញ្ជ្រាបការយល់ដឹងអំពីតួនាទីមេធាវីក្នុងវិស័យបរធនបាលកិច្ច

៣. ការបញ្ចូលមុខវិជ្ជាសិក្សាពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងបរធនបាលកិច្ចក្នុងការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលសិស្សមេធាវី ដោយមានជំនួយបច្ចេកទេសពីនិយ័តករបរធនបាលកិច្ច

៤.ការលើកឡើងពីបញ្ហាប្រឈមនិងដំណោះស្រាយដែលបានជួបប្រទះក្នុងការអនុវត្តវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីក្នុងវិស័យបរធនបាលកិច្ច

Memorandum of Understanding Signing Ceremony between the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Trust Regulator

On the morning of Wednesday, 18th March, 2026, the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Trust Regulator organized a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony between the two institutions. The ceremony was presided over by Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and H.E. SOK Dara, Director General of the Trust Regulator, with the participation of leaders, officials, and staff from both institutions, as well as distinguished guests. The purpose of this MOU is to enhance cooperation in raising awareness and law enforcement in the field of Trust Regulation, as well as to promote the practice of the legal profession in the sector. Based on this MOU, the two institutions will:

1. Organize training and dissemination of laws and regulations related to Trust Regulation to members of the Bar Association.

2. Promote mutual support in disseminating laws and regulations related to Trusts, as well as expanding opportunities for lawyers in the field of Trust Regulation by raising awareness of the role of lawyers in the field

3. Incorporate subjects related to Trust Regulation in the training program of lawyer students with technical assistance from Trust Regulator.

4. Raising challenges and solutions encountered in practicing the legal profession in the field of Trust Regulation.
