សិក្ខាសាលាថ្នាក់ជាតិស្តីពី «ពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេវាសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍ (Trade in Services for Development – TS4D)»

នាថ្ងៃពុធ ព្រហស្បតិ៍​ និងសុក្រ ១០ ១១ និង១២រោច ខែជេស្ឋ​ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក​ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃ​ទី​១០ ១១ និង១២​ ខែមិថុនា​ ឆ្នាំ​២០២៦​ លោកមេធាវី​ សាំង​ វណ្ណៈ​ ប្រធាន​គណៈ​មេធាវី​នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា​ បានចាត់លោកមេធាវី ផន ឈៀងឡេង សមាជិក​ក្រុមប្រឹក្សា​គណៈ​មេធាវី​ ចូលរួម​ក្នុង​សិក្ខាសាលាថ្នាក់ជាតិស្តីពី «ពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេវាសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍ (Trade in Services for Development – TS4D)» ដែល​ប្រព្រឹត្ដ​ទៅ​ក្រោម​អធិបតីភាព​ ឯកឧត្តម សុខ​ សុភ័ក្រ្ត រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម នៅ​ទីស្ដីការ​ក្រសួង​ពាណិជ្ជ​កម្ម​ ដោយ​មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីរាជការនៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម អ្នកជំនាញការរបស់អង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក (WTO) ព្រមទាំងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្ត្រីជំនាញមកពីក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធជាច្រើនរូប។ សិក្ខាសាលា​ថ្នាក់​ជាតិ​នេះ ត្រូវបានសហការរៀបចំដោយ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និង អង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក​ (WTO)​ ក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹងសមត្ថភាព ពិភាក្សា និងស្វែងយល់ឱ្យកាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅអំពីនិន្នាការថ្មីៗនៃពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេវាទាំងក្នុងតំបន់ និងសកលលោក ជាពិសេសការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែងនូវកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទូទៅស្តីពីពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេវា (GATS) សម្រាប់ជាទុនក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍវិស័យនេះនៅកម្ពុជា។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ សិក្ខាសាលា​ថ្នាក់​ជាតិ​ខាងលើ​ ក៏បានពង្រឹងការយល់ដឹង និងកសាងសមត្ថភាពដល់មន្ត្រីជំនាញ អ្នកធ្វើគោលនយោបាយ និងអ្នកចរចា ក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ថ្នាលព័ត៌មានពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេវារបស់ WTO សំខាន់ៗដូចជា Global Services Data Hub, I-TIP Services database, STRI និង TS4D សម្រាប់ប្រៀបធៀបកម្រិតភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងនៃពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេវា ព្រមទាំងការទាញយកទិន្នន័យវិភាគគោលនយោបាយពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេវា និងឧត្តមានុវត្តនៃបទប្បញ្ញត្តិកម្មកិច្ចសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេវាជាអាទិ៍។

National Workshop on “Trade in Services for Development (TS4D)”

From Wednesday to Friday, 10–12 June 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, assigned Attorney PHAN Chhiengleng, Member of the Bar Council, to participate in the National Workshop on “Trade in Services for Development (TS4D)”, held under the chairmanship of H.E. SOK Sopheak, Secretary of State of Commerce, at the Ministry of Commerce. The workshop was attended by senior officials and civil servants of the Ministry of Commerce, experts from the World Trade Organization (WTO), as well as leaders and technical officials from various relevant ministries and institutions. The national workshop was jointly organized by the Ministry of Commerce and the World Trade Organization (WTO) with the objective of strengthening capacity, promoting discussions, and enhancing understanding of emerging trends in trade in services at both the regional and global levels, particularly the practical implementation of the General Agreement on Trade in Services (GATS), as a basis for further developing the sector in Cambodia. In addition, the workshop sought to enhance the knowledge and capacity of technical officials, policymakers, and negotiators in utilizing key WTO information platforms related to trade in services, including the Global Services Data Hub, I-TIP Services Database, Services Trade Restrictiveness Index (STRI), and Trade in Services for Development (TS4D). These tools are intended to facilitate comparisons of the competitiveness of trade in services, as well as to support the extraction of data for trade policy analysis and the study of best practices concerning regulatory frameworks and trade facilitation measures in the services sector, among other areas.
