កិច្ចប្រជុំអំពីផែនការសកម្មភាពការងារសម្រាប់ការរៀបចំមហាសន្និបាតលើកទី៣១ របស់គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជានិងការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសតាំងប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីអាណត្តិទី១៦

នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ២កើត ខែបឋមាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី គីម សុជាតិ អគ្គលេខាធិការនៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈមេធាវី បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំស្ដីពីផែនការសកម្មភាពការងារសម្រាប់ការរៀបចំមហាសន្និបាតលើកទី៣១ និងការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសតាំងប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីអាណត្តិទី១៦ ដោយមានវត្តមានចូលរួមពី​ អគ្គលេខាធិការរង ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន និងបុគ្គលិកចំណុះអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋាន។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ មានគោលបំណងបែងចែក និងប្រគល់ភារកិច្ចទៅកាន់នាយកដ្ឋានពាក់ព័ន្ធ លើការងាររៀបចំមហាសន្និបាតលើកទី៣១ និងការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសតាំងប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីអាណត្តិទី១៦ ដែលគ្រោងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនាខែតុលាខាងមុននេះ។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ថា យោងតាមច្បាប់ស្ដីពីលក្ខន្តិកៈមេធាវី ឆ្នាំ១៩៩៥ គណៈមេធាវីត្រូវរៀបចំមហាសន្និបាតរបស់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែតុលា រៀងរាល់ឆ្នាំ ព្រមទាំងរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសតាំងប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៅរៀងរាល់២ឆ្នាំម្ដង។

Meeting on the Work Action Plan for the Preparation of the 31st General Assembly and the Election of the 16th President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia

On the morning of Tuesday, 16 th June 2026, Attorney KIM Socheat, Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Bar Association, chaired a meeting on the work action plan for the preparation of the 31st General Assembly and the election of the 16th President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The meeting was attended by the Deputy Secretaries-General, Department Directors, Deputy Department Directors, and staff members of the General Secretariat. The purpose of the meeting was to allocate and assign responsibilities to the relevant departments for the organization of the 31st General Assembly and the election of the 16th President of the Bar Association, which are scheduled to take place in October 2026. It should be noted that, pursuant to the Law on the Bar 1995, the Bar Association is required to convene its General Assembly on 16 October of each year and to hold an election for the President of the Bar Association every two years.
