កិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៤​ក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ចទទួលបន្ទុកការងារអនុវត្តអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់រវាងធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា និងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា

នារសៀល ថ្ងៃអង្គារ ១០កើត ខែជេដ្ឋ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ចទទួលបន្ទុកអនុវត្តអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់រវាងធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជានិងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដឹកនាំដោយលោកមេធាវី អ៊ីវ ប៉ូលី ប្រធានក្រុមការងារ បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៤ លើរបៀបវារៈដូចខាងក្រោម៖

១. ការរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាស្នើឡើងដោយធានាគារជាតិស្តីពីអនុប្បទានសិទ្ធិលើបំណុល

២. ការរៀបចំគម្រងសំណួរពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងករណីមូលប្បទានបត្រដើម្បីឈានដល់ការរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាដោយមន្ត្រីធនាគារជាតិ

៣. ការរៀបចំកិច្ចពិភាក្សាអំពីបញ្ហាប្រឈមរបស់មេធាវីនៅក្នុងវិស័យធនាគារ

4th Working Group Meeting on the Implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding between the National Bank of Cambodia and the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia

On the afternoon of Tuesday, 26th May, 2026, the Working Group Responsible for Implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding between the National Bank of Cambodia and the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, led by Attorney IV Poly, Head of the Working Group, convened its fourth meeting on the following key agendas:

1. Preparation for a seminar proposed by the National Bank of Cambodia on the Assignment of Rights over Debt Obligations

2. Organizing questionnaire relating to Cheques in preparation for seminar to be conducted by officials of the National Bank of Cambodia

3. Preparation for a Discussion Panel on the challenges face by Lawyers in the Banking Sector
