នារសៀល ថ្ងៃពុធ ១០រោច ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានដឹកនាំប្រតិភូទៅដាក់កម្រងផ្កាគោរពវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធលោកមេធាវី តុប ផាណារ៉ា អត្តលេខ ៨១៨។ ក្នុងឱកាសប្រកបដោយសមានទុក្ខដ៏ក្រៀមក្រំនេះ លោកប្រធាន បាននាំយកសារលិខិតរំលែកមរណទុក្ខ គ្រឿងកិត្តិយសអនុស្សរណ៍ និងតាវកាលិកសម្រាប់មេធាវីទទួលមរណភាព ចំនួន ៤.០០០.០០០ (បួនលាន) រៀល សម្រាប់ចូលបច្ច័យក្នុងពិធីបុណ្យ ដែលប្រារព្ធធ្វើនៅវត្តវាលស្បូវ ភូមិស្វាយតាអុក១ សង្កាត់វាលស្បូវ ខណ្ឌច្បារអំពៅ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។

The Handing over of Funeral Support Allowance and Floral Tribute in Honor of the Late Attorney TOP Phanara, ID No. 818

On the afternoon of Wednesday, 10th June, 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia lead a delegation to present a floral tribute in honor of the late Attorney TOP Phanara, ID No. 818. On this solemn and sorrowful occasion, the delegation conveyed a letter of condolence from the President of the Bar Association, together with a funeral support allowance in the amount of 4,000,000 (four million) riels, to contribute to the funeral ceremony held at Wat Veal Sbov, Svay Ta Ok 1 Village, Sangkat Veal Sbov, Khan Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh.
