ក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ បានចេញប្រកាសស្ដីពីការទទួលស្គាល់សមាសភាពក្រុមមេធាវីប្រចាំរដ្ឋបាលរាជធានី-ខេត្ត ដើម្បីបំពេញការងារផ្តល់សេវាផ្នែកច្បាប់ និងការពារផលប្រយោជន៍របស់រដ្ឋបាលរាជធានី-ខេត្ត ស្របតាមច្បាប់ និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិជាធរមាន។ គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សូមផ្សព្វផ្សាយប្រកាសពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងសមាសភាពក្រុមមេធាវីប្រចាំរដ្ឋបាលរាជធានី-ខេត្ត ដែលបានចេញផ្សាយដោយក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ ដើម្បីជូនជាព័ត៌មាន និងជាឯកសារយោងសម្រាប់សមាជិក-សមាជិកាគណៈមេធាវី និងសាធារណជន។

Prakas on the Recognition of the Composition of Lawyers Attached to Capital and Provincial Administrations

The Ministry of Interior has issued Prakas on the recognition of the composition of Lawyers attached to Capital and Provincial Administrations to provide legal services and protect the interests of the Capital and Provincial Administrations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia is disseminating the Prakas relating to the composition of Lawyers attached to the Capital and Provincial Administrations for the information and reference of its members and the public.
