នារសៀល ថ្ងៃចន្ទ ១កើត ខែមាឃ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្ដស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចាត់លោកមេធាវី គីម សុជាតិ អគ្គលេខាធិការនៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈមេធាវី និងក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេស ចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសហព័ន្ធគណៈមេធាវីជប៉ុន ជាមួយតំណាងសហព័ន្ធគណៈមេធាវីជប៉ុន។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងផ្អែកលើលទ្ធផលនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំរវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្នុងគោលដៅកំណត់ឱ្យបានច្បាស់លាស់នូវផែនការសកម្មភាពការងារដែលត្រូវធ្វើសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៦នេះ ដោយផ្តោតលើរបៀបវារៈមួយចំនួនដូចខាងក្រោម៖ ១. រៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាសម្រាប់សមាជិកគណៈមេធាវី លើប្រធានបទបណ្តឹងតបក្នុងសំណុំរឿងរដ្ឋប្បវេណី ២. បណ្តុះបណ្តាលក្រុមការងារគណៈមេធាវី លើការតាក់តែងទម្រង់គំរូក្នុងសំណុំរឿងរដ្ឋប្បវេណី និងឯកសារមេរៀនរដ្ឋប្បវេណី ៣. ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានៅប្រទេសជប៉ុន ដែលគ្រោងនឹងធ្វើឡើងនៅខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦

Meeting on Cooperation between BAKC and JFBA

On the afternoon of Monday19, January 2026, Mr. SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, assigned Mr. KIM Socheat, Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the Bar Association, together with the technical working group, to participate in a discussion on cooperation between BAKC abd JFBA, with representatives from JFBA. This meeting was organized based on the outcomes of the meeting between the two institutions held on 1 December 2025, with the objective of clearly defining the action plan to be implemented for the year 2026, focusing on the following agenda items: 1. Organizing seminars for members of the Bar Association on “Counterclaims in Civil Case” 2. Providing training for the Bar Association’s working group on drafting templates for civil cases and civil law teaching materials; 3. Conducting a study visit to Japan, tentatively scheduled for December 2026.
