កិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១៦ នៃក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ចទទួលបន្ទុកអនុវត្តអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់រវាងក្រសួងរៀបចំដែនដី នគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ និងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា

នារសៀល ថ្ងៃអង្គារ ២កើត ខែមាឃ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ចទទួលបន្ទុកអនុវត្តអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់រវាងក្រសួងរៀបចំដែនដី នគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ និងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី១៦ លើផែនការសកម្មភាពការងារប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការពិគ្រោះយោបល់និងផ្តល់ធាតុចូលលើសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ភូមិបាល (ថ្មី) ដោយមានលោកមេធាវី អ៊ីវ ប៉ូលី ប្រធានក្រុមការងារ ជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ និងសម្របសម្រួលកិច្ចប្រជុំ។ នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ បានពិភាក្សាលើរបៀបវារៈសំខាន់ចំនួនពីរគឺ៖ ១.លទ្ធផលនៃការជួបពិភាក្សាជាមួយនឹងតំណាងក្រសួង ដ.ន.ស.

(១)​បន្តផ្ដល់យោបល់លើសេចក្ដីព្រាងច្បាប់ភូមិបាលថ្មី និងបទដ្ឋានគតិយុត្តពាក់ព័ន្ធដូចជាអនុក្រឹត្យ ប្រកាស ឬសេចក្តីពន្យល់អំពីខ្លឹមសារនៃមាត្រាជាអាទិ៍

(២)រៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាពិគ្រោះយោបល់អំពីលទ្ធផលនៃការពិភាក្សាលើសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ភូមិបាល ដែលក្រុមការងារស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ បានពិភាក្សាគ្នាសម្រេចរួចហើយ

(៣)ធ្វើការកែសម្រួលបែបបទនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំ។

២.បូកសរុបការងារ និងកែសម្រួលលើទម្រង់នៃការផ្ដល់យោបល់

    (១)ធ្វើការកែសម្រួលទម្រង់ឯកសារនៃការផ្តល់យោបល់ ដើម្បីជម្រុញប្រសិទ្ធភាពការងារ

    (២)កំណត់របៀបវារៈសម្រាប់កិច្ចប្រជុំនៅខែកុម្ភៈ លើចំណុចដែលត្រូវលើកជាមតិយោបល់ទៅក្រសួង ដ.ន.ស.។

The 16th Meeting of the Working Group Responsible for Implementing the MOU between the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction and the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia

On Tuesday afternoon, January 20, 2026, the Working Group responsible for implementing the MOU between the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction and the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia convened its 16th meeting to discuss the 2026 annual action plan, particularly in relation to reviewing and providing inputs on the Draft Land Law (New). The meeting was chaired and facilitated by Att. IV Poly, Head of the Working Group. During the meeting, discussions focused on two key agenda items: 1. Outcomes of discussions with representatives of the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction

(1) Continuing to provide comments on the Draft New Land Law and related legal instruments, such as sub-decrees, prakas, or explanatory notes on the substance of specific articles;

(2) Organizing a consultative seminar on the outcomes of discussions on the Draft Land Law that have already been agreed upon by the working groups of both institutions;

(3) Revising the format of meetings. 2. Work summary and revision of the format for providing comments

   (1) Revising the format of comment documents to enhance work efficiency;

   (2) Determining the agenda for the February meeting, focusing on issues to be raised as formal comments to the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction.
