សិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី «ការចូលប្រកបវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីតាមរយៈការប្រឡងប្រជែង»

នារសៀល ថ្ងៃពុធ ៩រោច ខែមាឃ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតី និងថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាបើកសិក្ខាសាលាស្តីពី «ការចូលប្រកបវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីតាមរយៈការប្រឡងប្រជែង» ដែលសហការរៀបចំរវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យអាមេរិកកាំងភ្នំពេញ។ កម្មវិធីនេះ ក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមថ្លែងមតិចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ដោយ លោកបណ្ឌិត Keith Sharp សាកលវិទ្យាធិការរងនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យអាមេរិកកាំងភ្នំពេញ និងមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាវាគ្មិនកិត្តិយសពី លោកមេធាវី អ៊ីវ ប៉ូលី សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវី និងកញ្ញាមេធាវី ឈុំ មុនីសុជាតា អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានស្រាវជ្រាវ បោះពុម្ព និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយនៃគណៈមេធាវី ព្រមទាំងមានការចូលរួមពីសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវី ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈមេធាវី ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី សិស្សមេធាវី និងសិក្ខាកាមសរុបប្រមាណ ១២០នាក់។ សិក្ខាសាលានេះធ្វើឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងបង្ហាញឱ្យសិក្ខាកាមបានស្វែងយល់បន្ថែមពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងការចូលប្រកបវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីតាមរយៈការប្រឡងប្រជែងដែលមានដូចជា នីតិវីធីនៃការប្រឡង ការបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាល កម្មវិធីសិក្សា និងការធ្វើកម្មសិក្សាមុនពេលក្លាយជាមេធាវីពេញសិទ្ធិជាអាទិ៍។ លើសពីនេះ សិក្ខាសាលានេះក៏មានបំណងបំផុសគំនិតដល់និស្សិតបានស្វែងយល់បន្ថែមអំពីវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី ក៏ដូចជាស្វែងយល់ពីវិធីសាស្រ្តរៀនត្រៀម និងការបែងចែកពេលវេលាក្នុងការរៀនសូត្រផងដែរ។ ជាចុងបញ្ចប់នៃកម្មវិធី លោកបណ្ឌិត Hisham Mousar ព្រឹទ្ធបុរសមហាវិទ្យាល័យនីតិសាស្រ្តនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យអាមេរិកកាំងភ្នំពេញ បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់វាគ្មិនទាំងពីររូបដែលបានចែករំលែកប្រធានបទស្ដីពី «ការចូលប្រកបវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីតាមរយៈការប្រឡងប្រជែង» ដើម្បីជាស្ពានមួយសម្រាប់និស្សិត ព្រោះថាការប្រឡងគឺជាចំណុចសំខាន់មួយសម្រាប់ការចូលប្រកបវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី។ លើសពីនេះ ក៏បានបណ្ដុះឱ្យនិស្សិតមានចិត្តស្រលាញ់វិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី មានការតាំងចិត្តនិងខិតខំបន្តទៅទៀត ហើយក៏បានកោតសរសើដល់វាគ្មិនដែលបានឆ្លើយសំណួរយ៉ាងក្បោះក្បាយទៅកាន់សំណួរនីមួយៗ។ លោកបណ្ឌិត មានក្តីសង្ឃឹមថា ការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលរួមគ្នារវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យអាមេរិកាំងភ្នំពេញ នៅតែមានជាបន្តបន្ទាប់នឹងផ្តល់ជាផ្លែផ្កាគួរជាទីមោទនៈ។

Seminar on "Admission to the Lawyer Profession through Bar Examination"

On the afternoon of Wednesday, 11th February 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, presided over and delivered the opening remarks at the seminar on “Admission to the Lawyer Profession through Bar Examination,” jointly organized by the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the American University of Phnom Penh (AUPP). The program also featured welcoming remarks by Dr. Keith Sharp, Vice President of AUPP, and distinguished guest speakers Attorney IV Poly, Member of the Bar Council, and Attorney CHHUM Monysocheata, Deputy Director of the Department of Research, Publication, and Dissemination of the Bar Association. The seminar was attended by Members of the Bar Council, Leaders of the General Secretariat of the Bar Association, Leaders of the Lawyer Training Center, Lawyer Students, and approximately 120 participants in total. The seminar aimed to provide participants with a deeper understanding of admission to the lawyer profession through Bar Examination, including the exam procedures, professional training, curriculum, and traineeship requirements prior to becoming a fully qualified lawyer. In addition, this seminar sought to inspire students to learn more about the lawyer profession, as well as effective study methods and time management in their academic preparation. At the conclusion of the seminar, Dr. Hisham Mousar, Dean of the School of Law at AUPP, expressed his appreciation to the two speakers for sharing their insights on “Admission to the Lawyer Profession through Bar Examination,” noting that the examination is a key gateway to entering the Lawyer profession. He further emphasized that the seminar helped nurture students’ interest in the Lawyer profession, encouraged strong commitment and perseverance, and commended the speakers for their thorough responses to participants’ questions. Dr. Mousar expressed hope that continued cooperation between the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the American University of Phnom Penh will persist and yield positive and meaningful outcomes.
