ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សារបស់ក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសនៃគម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍វិស័យច្បាប់ និងយុត្តិធម៌ ជំហានទី៦

នារសៀលថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ១២រោច ខែបឋមាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី អ៊ីវ ប៉ូលី សមាជិកក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសនៃគម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍វិស័យច្បាប់ និងយុត្តិធម៌ ជំហានទី៦ តំណាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចូលរួមដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សារបស់ក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសនៃគម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍វិស័យច្បាប់ និងយុត្តិធម៌ ជំហានទី៦ ដឹកនាំដោយឯកឧត្តម តាន់ហ៊ាង ដាវ័ណ្ណ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌។ ដំណើរទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងដោយក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ និង JICA ក្នុងគោលបំណងផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៍ និងសិក្សាបន្ថែមពីការអនុវត្តបទប្បញ្ញតិ្តច្បាប់ក្នុងវិស័យរដ្ឋប្បវេណី ដោយផ្ទាល់ពីសាស្រ្តាចារ្យជប៉ុន តាមរយៈការពិភាក្សាដោយប្រើករណីសិក្សា និងការស្វែងយល់ពីការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែងតាមស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធនៅប្រទេសជប៉ុន ក្នុងរយៈពេល ២សប្តាហ៍។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចាត់តាំងសមាជិកគណៈមេធាវីចូលរួមក្នុងគម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍វិស័យច្បាប់ និងយុត្តិធម៌នេះ ចាប់ពីជំហានទី៣ រហូតមកដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ន (ជំហានទី៦) ព្រមទាំងបានចូលរួមទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានៅប្រទេសជប៉ុនជាប្រចាំ ក្នុងគោលដៅយកនូវអ្វីដែលទទួលបានពីភាគីជប៉ុន មកចែករំលែកជូនបងប្អូនសហភាតា ដើម្បីជម្រុញការអនុវត្តច្បាប់រដ្ឋប្បវេណីឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរ និងពង្រឹងការអនុវត្តវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី ស្របតាមគោលនយោបាយទី ៤ របស់លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណ: ប្រធានគណ:មេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

Study Visit of the Technical Working Group of the Legal and Judicial Development Project – Phase VI On the afternoon of Saturday, July 11, 2026, Attorney IV Poly, a member of the Technical Working Group of the Legal and Judicial Development Project – Phase VI, representing the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, participated in a study visit organized for the Technical Working Group of the Legal and Judicial Development Project – Phase VI. The delegation was led by H.E. TANHEANG Davann, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Justice. This study visit was jointly organized by the Ministry of Justice and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) with the objective of exchanging experiences and gaining further insights into the practical application of civil law. Participants will learn directly from Japanese professors through case study discussions and by observing the practical implementation of civil law at relevant institutions in Japan over a two-week period. It is worth noting that the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia has appointed its members to participate in the Legal and Judicial Development Project continuously from Phase III through the present Phase VI. BAKC has also regularly sent representatives to participate in study visits to Japan with the aim of sharing the knowledge and experience gained from the Japanese counterparts with fellow lawyers. These efforts seek to enhance the implementation of Cambodia's Civil Code and strengthen the legal profession in line with Policy No. 4 of Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
