កិច្ចប្រជុំពិនិត្យនិងពិភាក្សាលើសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពីវិសោធនកម្មច្បាប់ស្តីពីលក្ខន្តិកៈមេធាវី

នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ៨កើត ខែទុតិយាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានដឹកនាំក្រុមការងារចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំដើម្បីបន្តពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាលើសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពីវិសោធនកម្មច្បាប់ស្តីពីលក្ខន្តិកៈមេធាវី ដឹកនាំដោយឯកឧត្តម កើត រិទ្ធ ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីតំណាងទីស្តីការគណៈរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី តំណាងក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអ្នកច្បាប់នៃទីស្តីការគណៈរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីផងដែរ។

Meeting to Review and Discuss the Draft Law on the Amendment of the Law on the Bar

On the morning of Wednesday, 22nd July, 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, led a delegation to participate in a meeting to continue the review and discussion of the draft law on the amendment of the Law on the Statute of Lawyers. The meeting was chaired by H.E. KOEUT Rith, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice, and was held at the Ministry of Justice. The meeting was also attended by representatives from the Office of the Council of Ministers, representatives of the Ministry of Commerce and the Council of Jurists of the Office of the Council of Ministers.
