កិច្ចប្រជុំស្ដីពីការធ្វើទំនើបកម្មប្រព័ន្ធរាប់សន្លឹកឆ្នោតរបស់គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា

នាព្រឹក ថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ១២កើត ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលមាននាយកដ្ឋានស្រាវជ្រាវ បោះពុម្ព និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ជាអង្គភាពក្រោមឱវាទ បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំស្ដីពីការធ្វើទំនើបកម្មប្រព័ន្ធរាប់សន្លឹកឆ្នោតរបស់គណៈមេថាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដឹកនាំដោយលោកមេធាវី គីម សុជាតិ អគ្គលេខាធិការនៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈមេធាវី និងមានវត្តមានចូលរួមរបស់ ប្រធាន អនុប្រធាន បុគ្គលិកចំណុះនាយកដ្ឋាន អ្នកពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងអ្នកជំនាញ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ មានគោលបំណងពិនិត្យមើលវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារធ្វើទំនើបកម្មប្រព័ន្ធរាប់សន្លឹកឆ្នោត ដែលជាធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងនូវប្រព័ន្ធដែលស្រាប់ឱ្យក្លាយជាប្រព័ន្ធដ៏ទំនើប សមស្របតាមការរីកចម្រើនរបស់សង្គមជាតិ ពិសេសក្នុងបរិបទនៃបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល។ ក្នុងនោះដែរ អង្គប្រជុំក៏បានលើកឡើងនូវបទពិសោធ និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមដែលធ្លាប់ជួបប្រទះក្នុងការបោះឆ្នោតរបស់គណៈមេធាវី ដើម្បីជាធាតុចូលបន្ថែមទៀត ក្នុងការកែលម្អប្រព័ន្ធថ្មីដែលទើបរៀបចំ ធ្វើយ៉ាងណាឱ្យប្រព័ន្ធថ្មីនេះ ឆ្លើយតបនឹងតម្រូវការរបស់គណៈមេធាវី ដែលតែងតែរៀបចំនូវការបោះឆ្នោតតាមការកំណត់របស់ច្បាប់។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ថា អនុលោមតាមច្បាប់ស្ដីពីលក្ខន្តិកៈមេធាវីឆ្នាំ១៩៩៥ នៅក្នុងមហាសន្និបាតរបស់ខ្លួន គណៈមេធាវីត្រូវរៀបចំការបោះឆ្នោតសំខាន់ចំនួន២ ដូចជាការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសតាំងប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីរៀងរាល់ ២ឆ្នាំម្ដង និងការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសតាំងសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវី រៀងរាល់ ៣ឆ្នាំម្ដង។

Meeting on the Modernization of the Ballot Counting System of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia

On the morning of Thursday, 28th May, 2026, the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, through the Department of Research, Publication and Dissemination as the responsible unit, convened a meeting on the modernization of the Bar Association’s ballot counting system. The meeting was chaired by Attorney KIM Socheat, Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Bar Association, and attended by directors, deputy directors, department staffs, relevant stakeholders, and technical experts. The purpose of the meeting was to review the progress of the modernization of the ballot counting system by improving the existing system into a more modern platform in line with societal development, particularly in the context of digital transformation. During the meeting, participants also shared experiences and challenges previously encountered in the Bar Association’s elections in order to provide additional input for improving the newly designed system, ensuring that it effectively responds to the operational needs of the Bar Association, which regularly organizes elections as required by law. It should be noted that, in accordance with the 1995 Law on the Statute of Lawyers, the Bar Association is required to organize two major elections during its General Assembly: the election of the President of the Bar Association every two years and the election of members of the Bar Council every three years.
